Why do you still provide a notification indicating that a subscription has been cancelled when the subscription has been renewed.
This is annoying especially when it comes up or notifies via sound alert every time I go to the portal. I renewed the same subscription but MSFT changed the name from old Office 365 for Small Bus. Pro. to Office 365 for Bus. or something like this. Because of the name change, it was very annoying to reinstall the apps. again on the user machines. Now, you tell us the subscription has been cancelled. I have a suggestion. If you can't remove the text, at least add some clarifying text to the existing notification that indicates the notification will go away soon or it doesn't apply if we already renewed. That would've saved me some time contacting MSFT support.
Your support wasted many hours of my time with providing possible solutions/workarounds, but none of them worked. (SRX1369770964ID & SRX617010793198070ID)
This is not what I expected from my E5 subscription and I will not move any further users to this platform until this gets resolved.
Looks like many other customers are complaining about this design limitation / bug:
You can finde more cases using Bing or Google.
Please make this annoying alert go away. Do not treat us like we are stupid. We are not. But we get very frustrated by constant sounding reminders of something we deliberately did and do not want to be reminded about every click we do. At least give us the option to turn off the alarm.
Very annoying alert. We upgraded to Microsoft gold partner and get this on our older office enterprise plan, every page you navigate yiou get this alert impossible to shut down.
Will not use the online version until it is fixed
I am getting the same alert. I would just like to be able to find out what subscription has been cancelled and it does not even tell me that. I just want to disable this annoying alert.
