Email PDF bills rather then requiring users to logon and retrieve them.
We currently have 3 different domains using 365 business premium and would like the bills emailed to us every month rather then having to log in and download the PDF statements/Invoices.
If its possible to add this feature it would be much appreciated

Thanks for implementing, but your implementation is broken! I now receive an additional emailed pdf with the generic name of Office 365.pdf and the service description in each PDF is for "Online Services". Close but still way off the mark given that the other notification tells which service invoice is ready for viewing.
I'm okay with the generic subject line though as it makes utilizing Flow to stash these in a sharepoint library for vendor receipts easier.
This item should be removed, as it has been implemented.
I have the same issue as anon 23rd Jan - the slider just turns itself off again, seems not to be a way to save it as "on".
The little slider just doesn't work...?, I turn it on...., and it turns itself back off..?
And now add support to set this via Powershell
I'm happy to announce that we recently rolled out a feature where you can opt in to receiving billing notifications emails with the invoice PDF attached. Opting in is pretty easy.
1. Log in to the Office 365 Admin portal as an admin (https://portal.office.com)
2. Expand the Billing section in the navigation pane and click Billing Notifications
3. In the 'Receive billing statement as email attachment' section, slide the toggle switch to 'On'
That's it. During your next billing cycle you'll receive your invoice via email. Note that you will receive two billing notifications. The one you've already been getting, and a new one with the invoice attached.
they solved the problem for us by making us change our O365 billing to a distributor, we can no longer be billed direct from MS. So now we get one invoice with all our services bill on account instead of a credit card. This is a good change
Just in case someone finds this and doesn't know... it IS now possible.
Login as an ADMIN, then go to Billing > Billing Notifications.
There's a little sldier to turn this on or off.
It will email ALL admins, regardless of their specific role (billing admin for example) and sends it to their ALTERNATE email address... This apparently is some sort of security feature...
Please make this possible!
doing so would save us several clicks and a download. all of this stuff can be automated. please do it ASAP!
Please provide this feature. This is an AP pain! I would prefer to get paper invoices they have to login and download. Going paperless does not mean you don't have to send a copy of the invoice. paperLESS does not mean invoiceLESS or pdfLESS.
A company worth billions is incapable of creating the most basic of business transactions: The invoice.
As a 25 year Microsoft Partner I can tell you that when our staff has to call Microsoft for any problem resolution the whinging is epic. They make dealing with government employees seem effortless by comparison.

Could not believe they did not offer emailing the PDF receipt. Very costly to have the administrator spend time doing this routine chore every month to fill out the reimbursement request. No telling what the total cost is to everyone. Must be a really difficult technical issue.
Very important for me as well! we need to store all PDFs and would be able to automate this if we got it by mail. The current process is really bad. Especially as we usually get the mail about 1 week before the pdf is available
This would be great time saver, also why can't our 3 subscriptions be on one invoice?
Dear Office 365 team, please consider enabling this feature! Thank you!

I cant believe this feature is not a default
Would simplify our record keeping requirement, save us time and does not seem like it would be that difficult to do. It would be helpful and we would appreciate that feature.

As someone who supports 12 separate 365 accounts this is an absolute must have feature
Since this bills to my credit card I have to turn in invoices monthly to accounting. Logging in to the admin site, looking up invoice, then creating pdf, then saving, then adding to email is a waste of my time. Please just add the ability to automatically send me the invoice as a .pdf attachment every month. This is so basic. Every other company I work with can do this. Come on MSFT I know you could do this too!
