Be able to provide only the Service Health information to non-admin users.
There are multiple IT departments and Power Users on campus who would like to have access to the up-to-date Service Health dashboard in our O365 tenant. Current this is locked behind a login that has to have the "Service Health" role. the problem with this role is that it will also grant these users access to create O365 support tickets and limited other admin functions that these users are not allowed to have.

I want to make this information easily available in SharePoint for my associates so they don't have to ask our IT team every time something is goofy. It drags on our limited resources and would provide great value for all users to be able to see what is down, if anything, and incident information.
I agree that this information needs to go beyond admin users for Office365. At the very least users logging in with non-admin credentials should be able to see basic health information. Or publish useful information at status.office365.com - instead of providing a message to login to your tenant as an admin.
Why is this not possible? Why can't users find out if something is down without bugging an admin every time? Doesn't have to have details but need to at least show when something is down so they know it's not them.

Add this ability to the Message Centre Readers role. This will allow end-users to self diagnose when there are known issues with part of Office 365. Reducing load on our service desk and empowering our user base to self-diagnose

It would be nice to be able to create a Powerapp with just this Service Health information or to make it available in SharePoint.

We are interested as well to show this info https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home#/servicehealth to non-admin users. Something like this site https://portal.office.com/servicestatus but showing more services for our tenant.

My company also has the issue of wanting to just allow access to the service health, and block the ability to create support tickets.
In a large company current solution not usable, health status and message center must be public or easy to handle with api syncs into other portal. Information are not secrets and there is no chance rolling out to hundreds of service desks and managers special o365 admin roles only be able to see the status and coming changes.
