Users Can't Delete Folders When Site is On Preservation Hold
We have implemented Preservation Policies for our Onedrive sites and Sharepoint team sites, and now that this is in place our users can't delete folders that contain any files. This is exacerbated by the fact that Sharepoint sees OneNote notebooks as folders and these can't be deleted either.
So if a user has a folder in their Onedrive that contains OneNote notebooks, the folder can't be deleted and the OneNote can't be deleted. Please fix this as we are receiving support calls to fix this and are unable to help. We will continue to receive more support calls as Onedrive adoption is rapidly expanding in our organization.
