O365 really needs a billing feature that allows us to see monthly costs by department.
The provided bills are too broad and lack enough detail for us to bill back to departments for their O365 subscriptions.

The lack of detail on the bill makes it difficult to justify the amount of the bill. This is particularly true when changes are made and there is a lot of prorated charges. Having the bill broken down into departments would make justifying the amount much easier.
of course, a detailed bill itemized by user would work too. But I would probably be logging back into uservoice to request the ability to download the bill as a csv file so that I could put it into departments myself.

This would be especially helpful for Group Companies who need to split up the costs between the companies internally.

We would like to see this implemented also.
Small to medium size enterprise customers have very little in the way of cost reporting tools.
