Import PST files or SharePoint data to Office 365
Microsoft offer a service to import pst files into Office 365 in case your organization does not have sufficient WAN bandwidth or a large mailbox size (e.g. 1TB or more). However, Microsoft does not commit a response time and it is unclear as to how long it takes for the files to be uploaded once they receive the drive. In our case it takes between one and two weeks. There is no proactive notification either leaving the requestor to regularly check when the upload gets processed. With no committed response times, the service is best effort delivery and any attempt to improve response time via account management channels proves to be fruitless.

If anyone needs to migrate multiple PST files to office 365 then I would be suggest the KDETools PST Converter.
I would also like to share my experience on this post because I too faced this problem a few days ago when I wanted to export the PST file to Office365. After a long search on the internet, I got the two methods first one was manual and the second was a third-party tool. I did not use the manual method because the manual method is very complex and time-consuming. I had a large number of PST files, so I decided to use third-party tools such as Bitacube Export PST to Office 365. It was very easy to use and provided me excellent solution in a few easy steps.
