Bring back the ability to submit support tickets via the admin console
The recent changes to the way that we can submit support tickets via the admin console, is awful. We can no longer submit it via emails, and we can no longer see the tickets we have open to see if they have been updated.
Please also bring back the ability to add information in the ticket from the admin console, to clarify the problem before contact is made.

Agreed. Highly frustrating when you have any ticket and when those tickets pose a greater impact to our organization it's even more of a headache. We need to have a way to view all tickets, especially open tickets that have been opened by ANYONE from our organization instead of just our own. When on different time zones there's no easy way for another admin to "take over" a ticket since they don't see any or have any info unless given directly by the admin that initiated it. This should be high on the priority list.
