GAL segregation - keep separate address books for different domains
Admins should be able to easily segregate domains on a single subscription, so their individual domain users can only view contacts in an Address Book within their own domain.
In my case, Business subscribers have no way of achieving this other than creating a new separate subscription and only Enterprise/Education subscriptions are permitted to use Address Book Policies to customize Address Books for different users using Powershell skills.
There should be an easy way to set this up for all business subscribers.

I think this is slightly similar to https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/273493-office-365-admin/suggestions/17660533-administrator-should-manage-domains-as-sub-tenent

We have the same situation here as Sylvain. Employees don't verify the address and end up sending to students.

totally agree with that.
We have professors and students, but we don't want one group to see the other in the GAL.
