Increase 30 messages per minute limit
The 30 message per minute limit causes problems for software that needs to send out to many users. Now that we've migrated to Exchange Online our payroll system can no longer send out payslips because of this feature. Very limiting and a very low limit. It should at least be able to be configured to allow accounts to be exempted or have different limits.
Our service is designed to protect the resources and ensure that certain users will not overwhelm it and cause latency for others. This limit is in place to protect against spike sending that we wish to discourage. As such, we have no plans to change the limit for regular mailboxes.
Where possible, we encourage customers who have these requirements to seek solutions that do not send emails all at once, can make use of DLs, or use services like Dynamics or third-party services to send large volumes of emails to customers or student and parents.
However, we are thinking about alternatives we can provide to solve this issue of higher sending for automated email scenarios to address this customer need.

should be more than 30 recipients per minutes or at least some customization to where you can turn it off temporarily per user to allow bulk email to be sent. We are dealing with a few thousand recipients so I could not imagine 100k plus. If my math is right it will take 5,000 minutes (around 83 hours) to send 10,000 email? There should be some workaround
Please increase the max. 10,000 recipients per day to 20,000. Or make a Plan that could use that.
Its limiting for companys who have more than 10.000 customers to inform immediately.

Please at least duplicate that for start
How has this not been addressed yet? I have yet to find a good reason why we cannot administer this setting ourselves.

The idea is not to promote spam but because we have systems which generate reports to our clients. We will need to send them monthly statements of their investments and various other forms of information via email. To overcome this limitation we have to add a delay in our code.

Currently office365 has a messaging limit of 30 per minute. It would be idial to have this increased to maybe at least 50 per minute.
