  1. Function to convert to Text format when receiving the email sent from within the tenant.

    Remote domain exists as a function to change the format of email when receiving email sent from outside the tenant.
    However, there is no function to change the email format when receiving emails sent within the tenant.

    I want you to fill this gap.

    By implementing this function, if it is accidentally sent in HTML format or rich text format in the tenant, it will be possible to receive it in text format.

    This opinion is based on inquiries from customers.

    複数のサービス リクエストがある場合、どのチケット番号がどんな内容だったかわからないため、サービス リクエストのタイトルや内容がわかるように改善希望。

    When looking at support history and survey responses in the Microsoft365 admin center, only the tracking number is shown.
    If there are a number of service requests, it is difficult to know which numbers correspond to what content, so please make it possible to see the title of the service request too.

  3. Publish the information for the retention period of calendar diagnostic log

    We would like you to provide the public information for the retention period of calendar diagnostic log which can be analyzed by using Get-CalendarDiagnosticLog and CalendarDiagnosticAnalysis cmdlets.
    For example, we would like to know whether the log’s retention period is unlimited or not; if not, we would like to know which retention criteria should be uses for the log (e.g. the log would be deleted based on FIFO or it would be deleted if each mail box size limit has exceeded, etc.)

    ドメインの削除後に反映されるまでに通常 24~ 48 時間程かかります。
    反映を早めるようにパフォーマンスの向上を希望します。

    It currently takes between 24 and 48 hours for deletion of a domain to take effect.
    Please make improvements so that this takes less time.

  8. About mail sent to shared mailbox aliases.

    "共有メールボックス" のエイリアス (セカンダリメールアドレス) に受信したメールの宛先表示がプライマリメールアドレスになっており、エイリアス宛てに送信されているのか見ただけでは判断ができないため、表示されるように改善してほしい。

    The address display of the mail received in the alias (secondary mail address) of the "shared mailbox" is the primary mail address.
    It is not possible to judge whether it is sent to the alias, please improve it so that it is displayed.

  15. A function to change the date and time only from a specific calendar item when registering a regular schedule

    In the current calendar, when a recurring schedule including a conference room is reserved, if the schedule cannot be reserved from the start to the end, the schedule is declined by the conference room.

    With this, when planning a long-term recurring schedule, if there are already acquired schedules, it will be very troublesome to create several schedules when creating the schedule.

    Furthermore, there are some cases in which the schedule is registered as it is in the calendar of the person who made the reservation, and is mistaken for [schedule was taken].

  16. Reduce initial sync of Sharepoint Library with Onedrive Business for Intune users

    At the moment its 8 hours as per Microsoft documentation. This is way too long for users that are setting up for the first time. That's a whole days productivity out the window. It should be max 1 hour or better yet as soon as they login.

  17. Allow Connect-ExchangeOnline cmdlet to take a Powershell Certificate Object

    The new Exchange Online PowerShell v2 Cmdlets are in public preview, and there's a new feature that allows for Connect-ExchangeOnline to take a path to a certificate as a parameter.
    However, when pulling down a certificate from something like Azure Key Vault or a similar service, especially in a serverless computing environment like Azure Automate, that certificate is often stored as an object, specifically, System.Security.Cryptography.X509Certificates.X509Certificate2.
    I think it would be useful for Connect-ExchangeOnline to allow for a parameter that allows passing it a certificate object so that the certificate file doesn't have to get written to a disk.

  20. Global Admin and Billing Admin allowed to purchase services with one credit card

    One of my new Office 365 tenant does not allow Global Admins nor Billing Admins to make purchases unless a new credit card is attached using their account. This apparently is to enhance security but contrary to that, re-entering the same credit card for multiple user accounts means revealing information to many people. It would be better to have 1 main credit card linked and all Global and Billing admins allowed to purchase using that.
