  1. Provide an easy way to find which groups a user is in ?

Having moved recently from an IMAP service, where aliases were stored in a DB that I could search easily, I find it frustrating that there isn't an easy way to find which groups a user is in.

Having to check all groups manually is painful.
Yes, you could write a PowerShell script to do this, but a "delete user from these groups" button would be usesul, specially when disabling / removing a user.

  2. better User Admin interface

It would be very helpful if Deleted Users included the date/time deleted and the source of the delete. i.e. AD Sync, the admin user, etc.

  3. Adding members to a Group

Adding members to a Group is very cumbersome. Instead of typing in each member's name - one-by-one - it would be much better to have a list where we could simply check the box next to the user in order to add them. It would also be nice to simply replicate a Group (with all it's members) and rename it so make setting up new Groups easier.

  4. Admin must have the ability to create passwords for all users, not just resetting a temp password.

Admins must have the capability to create/define passwords for all users rather than be limited to just resetting a temp password on a per user basis.

  5. Allow tenant to change region

Businesses move head quarters and allowing them change region can be very helpful. Currently there is no way to migrate to a new region other than to create a new tenant. While achievable with Exchange Online, with SharePoint Online this is very difficult.

As the recent Japan and Australian migrations show, this is clearly achievable.

The other options is to decrease latency between regions, but this is more of a internet backbone infrastructure issue.

  6. Allow AutoBCC to be implemented for both Outlook and Webmail

    Hello,
We have users here that would like to be able to get auto bcc on every email they send. They want to get a copy of every email they send sent back to their Inbox so as to organize themselves better. Instead of having to go to the Send Items folder and move the email from there, they can just move it from the Inbox directly to any of their personal folders. I was able to apply a rule in Mail Flow however, the BCC option would copy everyone under that rule so no matter who I send the…

  7. Block users to change the password

    Dears,

I come across this message prompts enable resource for previunir / block user to the password change your e-mail account. We migrated a solution to the cloud and it had these options. Another thing that I see in the product is denying changing account information.

    We need it very urgently.

  8. Organisation wide calendar sharing configuration

I would like all calendars in my organisation to be visible to all staff. Currently the only way to do this is via powershell.

I think this is a feature many admins would utilise.

    Configurable settings:
Default view across org or group (full, limited etc)
User able to change default view (yes/no)

  9. Lockdown O365 accounts by geographic region or source IP

    General defense in depth strategy.

Add the ability to lockdown specific individual accounts by source IP or geographic region. IE my tenant admin accounts should not be logging in from overseas ever. Some backend service accounts (ie dirsync account) should only every attempt to login from one of two IP's.

  10. JunkMail auditing

When users flag messages as Junkmail or a False positive, allow for Admins to audit messages flagged as such for their tenants.

  11. Integrate Message Analyzer with MessageTrace

Integrate the Message Analyzer found at the TestConnectivity (https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/) site with MessageTrace. When looking at the MessageTrace and selecting a message add the ability to get the Message Analyzer view for the specific message in a new window.

  12. Track usage by Alias emails as well as Primarary accounts.

I have many users with a lot of Aliases, I need to know which ones are not used over a period of time like a year. So I can delete the not used accounts and/or alias.

  13. Text messages notifications

We would like to be able to send multiple notifications using text message. Presently, we can only associate on phone number to an account. We would like to be able to associate mutiple phone numbers to the same account

  17. Give us the ability to provide read only access to entire mailboxes

We need feature parity between Domino and Exchange online for providing access control to user and shared mailboxes. In Domino I can grant access permissions at the mailbox level. In exchange online I can only grant full access at the mailbox level. I can grant specific access at the folder level in Exchange online but this is a pointless feature in our environment and extremely tedious to implement.

  18. Add feature to remove/strip documents metadata

There should a way or setting in SP2013 to allow users or maybe users with admin privilege to strip custom meta-data. What I mean by meta-data is the SP custom columns created in library. SP 2013 keeps the meta-data even if you download the file to your desktop or outside SP 2013.

  19. SharedComputerActivation Reporting

I would like to see a report detailing users that are currently using office 365 proplus on a shared computer. Currently the dashboard only reports licensing for users that are using Office 365Proplus on a non shared computer.

  20. sourceAnchor Name

It would be great if we able to retrieve sourceAnchor attribute name (attribute which links on premise object with cloud object) using some office365 cmdlet.
