  3. Are you seriously having support?

    First deploy proper customer support. Requested help for last 10 days. seems to be no technical person available in entire Microsoft.

  6. Option "Register Teams as the chat app for Office (requires restarting Office applications)" not kept

    This option in TEAMS Parameters is always flagged when TEAMS is started. So no way to set LYNC as default IM instead of TEAMS. You always have to start TEAMS, unflag this parameters before starting OUTLOOK if you need IM integration with Skype for Business.

  8. Teams / Skype for business call quality details

    ALL Team / Skype related calls (single or conference) should go in that section Teams Admin Console>users>specific user>call history so that the call quality can be reviewed in one location. Right now only SOME of the skype calls are being recorded in this location. After speaking with support, they advised that only calls that are directly dialed in will populate here. If the user has selected the "Join Meeting" option in a Skype meeting calendar invite, the call will not register here and she couldn't tell me where it was being registered at so that I can review the different…

    after recent change in Skype for business with Team "External access feature only has the option to allow or block certain domains". if we set External access with "Users can communicate with Skype users" any external user can communicate to internal user without accepting his\her request. Previously we didn't had this issue. can you please set policy in "Users can communicate with Skype users" only after accepting request external user can call\IM on skype for business with internal users?

  11. Skype for Business- can't hear audio while share video either "share desktop" or "embedded in Presentation"

    Hi,

    I am having an issue with Skype for business while share video in the meeting. Audio does not work.
    I tried different ways to share video's but still have same issue. Audience can't hear audio.
    1. While i am presenting meeting, i play a video and share my desktop with audience, they can't hear audio but they can see video is playing.
    2. I checked online different solution, where you can embed the video in presentation but skype for B didn't support that feature either. When i go to video slide in ppt, it black out with message "Feature…

  12. Contacts information during the migration from Skype for Business to Microsost Teams

    Dear All

    when a skype online account is migrated to Teams, what happens to his/her contact? Especially, external contacts not noted on somewhere are important and should not be lost.

    I can get the number of callers for organizer's audioconference but i can't see from when to when.
    I'd like to be able to get the number of callers for organizer's audioconference from 1st day to last day of the month of my choice

    Activate calling plans in Philippines. Want to call landlines from Skype for Business. For accomplishing these needs we need Skype for Business (Plan 2), Phone System and Domestic or International Calling plan. Calling plan is not applicable in Philippines

  15. Can't add external contacts on TEAMS CHAT CONTACTS GROUP if it's not added on Office 365 directory as a mail user or contact.

    Can't add external contacts on TEAMS CHAT CONTACTS GROUP if it's not added on Office 365 directory as a mail user or contact. We can chat with external users BUT for this version of Teams, we are limited to add External users under Favorites and can't manage them through Contact Groups. Not all users are admin access to add contacts on Office 365 directory. When will this functionality be added?

  17. Skype for Business tag for status change alerts enabled for all contacts by default

    End user's contacts in Skype for Business are all being erroneously and automatically selected for "tag for status change alerts". There is currently no way to disable this or remove this setting globally. Each user needs to deselect their contacts from the alerts to remediate.

    This command used to push a global deselect, but is no longer supported:
    Set-CsPrivacyConfiguration -Identity Global -AutoInitiateContacts $false

  18. Ability to drill into Call Quality Dashboard Poor Quality Calls

    In Call Quality Dashboard you can see a site had a number of poor quality calls in a time period. But there's no way to see exactly WHICH calls went into that graph plot. The bottom line it's important to be able to map poor aggregate data with individual reports of poor quality. And there's no way to do that at present.

  19. Ability to create detail reports for Skype user experience feedback

    Need to be able to find calls that USERS reported as bad and quickly see what objective measurements match against their reported bad experience.

  20. Enable Communications Credits for Office 365 GCC tenants

    Currently Office 365 GCC customers are unable to use communications credits in order to leverage Pay-per-Minute Toll-Free audio conferencing for Teams or SfB even though Microsoft does have an Audio Conferencing Pay-per-Minute GCC $0 SKU available to O365 GCC customers. Please enable the use of Communications Credits so that GCC customers can leverage Toll-Free pay-per-minute audio conferencing as part of their Unified Communications strategy.
