■Description(内容):
サービス インシデントが発生した際に、[サービス正常性] にて確認可能です。
しかしながら、英語表記となっておりエンド ユーザー様へ適切なご説明が困難です。
そのため、正式レポートとして日本語にて表示する機能の追加を希望します。
When service incidents happen they can be checked using Service Health.
But everything is in English and it is hard to explain properly to the end user.
So I hope a feature will be added to make official reports display in Japanese.1 vote -

Microsoft Graph API ログの動作変更が行われる場合、事前に確認したいが、ロードマップや、メッセージ センターは情報量が多くまた、英語表記であるため作業コストが高くなる。
Microsoft Graph API の情報に限定されていて、かつ日本語で情報を確認できるコンテンツを用意してほしい。
I want to know beforehand whenever something is changed for Microsoft Graph API logs, but there is just too much information listed in the roadmaps and message center, and everything being listed in English makes operation costs expensive.
I hope that a way to view just Microsoft Graph API information will be implemented, and make it so that it can be viewed in the Japanese language.16 votes -
Include more information in the M365 Service Health notifications
M365 Service Health Notifications ( MC192283 / Roadmap ID 24231 ) is handy feature. But the information at these email notifications is very scarce. It would be great to be included and info from the "Latest message" section. For future improvements of this feature - it would be great also to receive alerts not only for "Status changes", but for every message posted at the incident/advisory.

More specific information related with services that are shown in the service health dashboard
For each service in the service health dashboard in M365 admin center, it would be helpful if we have a more detailed public-facing information describes which item IDs and services are related with which O365 features and functions. If so, we can easily find out which IDs and services we should look into when encountering an issue for the feature we use.

Formal Complaint
On Thursday 12. September we suddenly lost the ability to send email from our Outlook account @sensio.no. Our system admin Øyvind Hvidsten contacted Microsoft and case #16470376 was established. Despite several phone calls and remote access sessions you were unable to open up the account. The reason we were given was that our recipients had flagged our email as spam. This was surprising to us and we spent a lot of time verifying that none of our accounts were in fact sending spam.

Granular Usage Reporting
It would be really nice to have granular usage information for our users.
For example, our management would like to know...
What users are activated but not using O365? Or which tool they are using or not using.
What users are only using the tool very minimally? Like once a week or two weeks, etc.
Our management always wants to know but we have never been able to provide that info.

Two email address for technical contact in O365 organization profile
Can you provide option to add two email address for technical contact in O365 organization profile. As we also need notification for Dir sync status and other major updates shared by MS. It would be helpful if we can add two technical contact mail ID's like one s for client purpose and one ID is for us as we also manage & Support O365 for clients.

Admin and global Admin accounts receive mail at their UPN even if the account is not mail enabled.
O365 tenant will email alerts and notifications to Admin and Global Admin accounts even though they are not mail enabled (using their UPN). This should not be possible. It should be possible to use an alternate email address to notify Admin accounts that are not mail enabled.

パスワードポリシーを厳しくしたいので、ユーザーは10文字以上でないと設定できないようにしたいです。

It is inconvenient because the number of characters "8-16 characters" of the password of Office 365 is fixed by the limit.
I want to make the password policy strict, so I want to make it impossible for the user to set more than 10 characters.

Dashboard of tenant health and session health
I’d like to have a suggestion that we can have a portal or something similar, which will show our live tenant health and session health. I think it will be great to check our connections to SharePoint server when issues happen.

Virtual PBX user licenses should be available to purchase for all Office 365 customers
Skype for Business was available to everyone, so Virtual PBX functions for Office 365 should also be available to every subscriber level.

Product teams should be making feedback easier
Microsoft should have integrated User Voice feedback functions directly into every Office 365 app on every platform... AND Office 365 product teams should be paying attention to customer feedback provided on social media because customers do not always have ability to access User Voice from mobile device environments.
