  1. Allow customised storage quote alerts

Exchange admins should be allowed to create and configure custom storage alerts for users. Including HTML content, frequency and triggers.

  2. Allow payment methods from different countries

Our Tenant is managed by one part of our organisation in one country, but we have a presence in other EU countries. The situation now is that one part of teh organisation has a short-term need for additional staff, so requires some pay monthly licences. We would like that part of the organisation to pay for these licences directly but we cannot add a payment method for it. Payment methods can only be added with an address in the country that the tenant is linked to.

Suggestion: allow payment methods from countries other than the one the tenant is linked…

  4. Disable O365 profile photo updated when changed in Windows 10 2004 update User Account Settings

With the new Windows 10 2004 May update. If a person changes their profile photo in Change Account Settings. Under Your Info, Create Your Picture, you can upload a new profile photo and it will also change the O365 profile photo. This happens even if you have the OwaMailboxPolicy -SetPhotoEnabled $false. Right now employees can overwrite the Company approved profile photos with their own.

  5. Improve Exchange policy violation detection "-" between the data makes Exchange policies to ignore sensitive data

Exchange policies does not detect sensitive data, if there is a hyphen "-" between the data, resulting in possible serious DLP issues

The problem is, that there are situations, when sensitive data are not detected, despite of enabled policies and despite having all the keywords, the reason is a hyphen "-" between the data

Example: Debit/Credit card data policy settings at 65% of probability, violation detected:

  6. Send licensing notifications to the user's SMTP rather than the UPN the license is assigned to

When sending license assignment notifications to users, the email notification should be sent to the user's SMTP rather than the UPN that the license is assigned to. Currently if the user's SMTP and UPN do not match and the UPN is not routable for email, the user will not receive the email notification when they are assigned new licenses.

  7. Licenses from Multi Vendors cant be identified

When you purchase Licenses from multiple Vendors, the Licenses is shown under the admin console as individual purchases, but when you click thru on the various licenses it just shows you ALL your vendors and not just the one which your purchased specific bundle from.

so when you have to cancel some of the subcriptions it is unclear which vendor you need to send the instructions to.

    thanks

  9. Ability to do a litigation hold without being enterprise or Exchange admin

Ability to do a litigation hold without being enterprise or Exchange admin. - Need a more granular permission for this. Our security team would like to start a litigation hold, but we do not want to grant them exchange or organization admin rights.

  13. Verify licenses used by devices like you can with users

In the Microsoft 365 Admin console, the Azure portal, and with PowerShell you can lookup an individual user account and see what licenses have been assigned. With the implementation of device-based licensing, there should be an easy way to look up a device and verify that it has been assigned a device license.

  14. Give Admins control of who can share content to 'All company' on MS Stream

Currently all users have permission to share videos to 'All Company' on Microsoft Stream and the only control Admins have is to unselect it by default but on bigger companies it is important that you can control who can share the content to 'All Company'.

Specially now users recording meetings that might have other users or client confidential information, Admins need to have the power to restrict this access

  15. Time Zone of Sharepoint sites predetermined to Time UTC-8?

All sites (Sharepoint), Teams groups, when created have the time of the USA Pacific Time UTC-8 and it is up to the administrator after changing it for each site. Is there a way to do this at once. I mean all my new created sites should have same time zone as defined in my account. Thanks

  16. Restrict Global Admin Permission to access other user's OneDrive from Admin Portal

We need to restrict or set some alert mechanism if any Global admin tries to access other user's one drive using admin portal via Create a link to view and edit ‎OneDrive‎ files.

  20. Block certain attachment file types and allow the message to be delivered without the attachment

We would like to be able to block certain file types in inbound emails but allow a message itself to be delivered. We are seeing tons of htm attachments that are malicious. If we create a transport rule we can only block the entire message or send it for approval. Even the approval process assumes that I need to inform the sender (the bad guy here) that I refuse the message and there is no way to bypass it other than ignore/delete the approval request .We don't want to provide feedback, sent from my email address, to the bud guys.…
