Mention tenant name on AAD P2 invoices.
The invoice that we recieve fro AAD P2 does not state to which tenant / domain these license are applied to except the order number. Can we have the domain name as well?

Please consoldate all Microsoft services and subscriptions consolidated onto one single invoice instead of many different invoices.
Our accounts payable team complains that they receive many different invoices from Microsoft for multiple subscriptions. They would like to be able to consolidate all of the invoices into one single invoice, no matter how many subscriptions are added or removed.
When you go to a restaurant, you typically receive a bill for all of the items you ordered with one total, rather than multiple bills for each item you ordered. Why can't Microsoft do this same exact thing?

VAT invoice for UAE Office 365 billing
AE Office 365 billing not showing VAT for subscribed services. Invoice issued by Microsoft should contain VAT.

allow move between subscriptions without having to delete !
If you want to move from a month by month subscription to an annual paid monthly, you have to cancel the subscription and re-add it. I understand if you change between subscriptions but this is exactly the same subscription!!

bill increase?
hi our bill has just jumped up from £7.80 per user to £9.40 per user without any notification??
this is approximatly a 22% increase! which is silly!
i called your billing department and they said all i can due is post a remark on this forum!!

1 Monthly invoice regardless of how many subscriptions and their order dates
We currently have 6 services and are now receiving 4 invoices with 3 different due dates. We need 1 invoice with 1 due date. This seems so simple. Your current invoicing structure falls under customer dis-service!

Give me control over email address that billing statements and automatic renewal emails are sent to.
I am partner of record for a company that pays for their Exchange Online Plan 1 accounts on a monthly basis -- the payment is automatic and renewal at end of year is automatic. Nevertheless, emails are sent out notifying us that a statement is ready and another one that it is automatically renewed.
Two emails wouldn't be so bad, but...I get both of those emails because I am the partner of record. I also get both of those emails because all emails sent to the "admin" account for my customer's Exchange account are forwarded to me. I also get…

Please activate it for Enterprise plans as well
All our clients are below 100 employees, yet most of them are on Please activate it for Enterprise plans as wellOffice365 Plan E3, including us selves, and we are only 5 on the team.
All the new goodies, Connections, Listings, Invoicing, MileIQ and Bookings, Outlook Customer Manager are only for Business Premium, why not let the companies that pay more opt-in on these as well?

Receipt for Communications Credits purchase through Admin Portal
I purchased additional Communications Credits for our organization using my credit card via the admin portal. After the transaction, I never received a receipt. In order for me to be reimbursed by my organization, I must have a receipt. I was only given a invoice, which suggests that I did not pay yet. Please have your system send a receipt to the person who make purchases via the admin portal.

Add a custom Text Attribute to the Subscription object, to aid multi division businesses
Please add a custom text attribute to the Subscription object. This would greatly help assignment and organisation of subscriptions, particularly in a multi divisional business, where licences are purchased for and by many sources.

Renewal reminder email to admin
Thanks for using Office 365. Your subscription to Exchange Online (Plan 1) expired on 23/08/2018. You have been in a grace period that allowed you to continue accessing the service. After 22/10/2017, your account will be disabled and users will lose their access to this subscription.

Avoid deleted item in a Sharepoint library, appears in windows trash of another user that is syncing this library.

Log in issue after license
After we changed from E5 to Business Premium our user are unable to log into the exclusive SMB apps. It says they must have an O365 account, which they do. We have support case open with Micosoft, but no resolution. We’ve ha this problem on other customer tenants, and we were not able to resolve with support without moving to a new tenant.

O365 Partner's assigned as Advisors are given misleading client subscription information...
When administering a client, via the Partner Dashboard, I am only able to see incomplete/misleading subscription data, for the client. My specific example was a client who was on an O365 Business Premium Trial, who had purchased licenses through me was not showing any paid subscriptions, in their O365 Admin Portal. The client and I were receiving warnings about the Trial expiring and yet I was not able to see the paid subscriptions. I could kind of see parts of them, in the Licenses section, as I could see 28 licenses when the Trial only accounts for 25. So, whilst…

want Calendar feature
We have used the shared calendar address for a number of years and the date format always match with our regional date and time.
The shared calendar date format sudden changed to UTC format since last Thursday. How to make the date format consistent with our local regional settings again? Enterprise invoicing is confusing with the multiple service period line items each month.
i have to call support each month to get the excel breakdown by day of license purchases for services. The excel detail should be something i can download. And besides it may make more sense to consolidate the invoice to fewer line items and add a third page with all the detail by day.
