  1. Need public information on where the values set by using the Set-Place cmdlet are shown

    I would like to check which page shows the attributes such as City or Capacity that had been set by using the Set-Place cmdlet as I want to make sure how they are shown for end users.
    So, it would be great that you could provide us public information describes where those attributes are shown including their screenshots.

  2. we should have the option for email notification for MFA

    users don't have mobile or land lines. So, we should have the other option for email notification for MFA.

  3. Reopen Microsoft offer to transfer data center

    We want our data location to be moved to a different one but the request period has already passed for requesting the data move.

  4. Prepend the subject prefix before running the ForwardingSmtpAddress/ForwardingAddress forwarding actions

    The Prepend the subject of the message with… action won’t actually run because this action isn’t taken before the ForwardingSmtpAddress/ForwardingAddress forwarding actions. Because this action fails, admins have to review the rules and operations, and it causes extra work for them.

  5. Provide a way to identity News Posts/Links vs Site Pages

    News posts/links and site pages are both stored in the Site Pages Library. It is impossible to tell if an aspx file in that library is a news post/link or a site page. This makes it difficult to manage your news posts/links. I see a number of solutions possible.


    1. Save News posts/links to a separate library

    2. Make news posts/links a different content type. Currently "Site Page"

    3. Use some other additional metadata field to indicate that the file is a news post/link.

    The reason this is an issue is because the News web part filters out files that are created as…

  7. Customise message surface from admin portal for all accounts

    There should be option in the admin portal in which the customisations of the message surface can be done for all the accounts. Now we have to go to every single account and do the customisations. For example , if we have to make the plugin visible on the main ribbon, then we have to go to the outlook settings and then customise action and then message surface and then enable the plugin in the email ribbon.
    This all can be avoided by giving the access of the users customisations to the admin portal.

  8. Show multiple accounts in the certain order

    When you have multiple accounts and sign-in by using one of them, it would be great if the sign-in prompt shows those accounts in the certain order. It would be great to arrange and fix the accounts view order. For example, the account User 1 should be shown in the top of the account option always.

  9. Restore Quarantine Email notification template

    Please restore the Quarantine Email notification template, that once you clicked on Release or Allow, it will redirect the user to the approval confirmation page without the need to login anymore.

  10. Baseline policy: Require MFA for admins (Preview)

    Please readd the function to exclude users in the policy so we have the possibility to exclude Break The Glass Accounts and specific accounts that can't have MFA but needs admin rights.

  11. OneDrive - Create shareable link with password available from desktop client

    OneDrive online gives you the ability to set a password for shareable links. You cannot do this on the desktop client. Can this be added please

  12. Add the option to view Message Header in Message Trace.

    Add the option on message tracking to view the message header. The message header allows a deep look into where the email has been and how long it takes to get from system to system. Currently we can search a header on everything prior to O365 so this would be useful.

  13. Domain in use in another tenant

    Please make it possible to add the custom domain that is verified by DNS even when it is maybe still in use by a previous domain owner.

    Maybe to do an additional step to confirm the current domain owner

  14. allow admins to Change default view on Active user based on custom/filter view

    It will be best if we're able to change default view from the Users tab for productivity and such.

    For example, we'd like "Sync with AD user" to be shown once I click "Active Users". Thanks in advance.

  15. Automatically configure mailbox regional settings(like Language, locations and time zone) once the mailboxes are created

    We need such features like group-based licensing or tenant-level configuration(like Set-OrganizationConfig) to automatically configure mailbox regional settings(locations, timezone and languages) once new mailboxes are created.

    We do not want to run the commands every time we create a new mailbox. It is repetitive and time-consuming.

  16. Enable @ mentions on task cards on Planner and ability to edit a comment once posted

    I've noticed on the Task Cards via Planner, you cannot @ mention a member to inform them of a task you would like them to action or whatever the request is.
    You aren't allowed to edit a comment once it's been sent, it would be really beneficial to enable editing comments in case there are any typos.

  17. Service Plan Lock on licensing groups

    New Service Plans are added to our E3 from time to time.
    We deploy the licenses via Dynamic Group Assignment.
    We trim the Service Plans within the groups to allow only the Service plans that our organization needs
    When a new Service Plan is added, it is automatically enabled by default.
    Here we got the MyAnalytics that got deployed on our organization without our consent and our knowledge. Furthermore, an email sent to all users asking them to go into MyAnalytics Dashboard was sent.

  18. Is there any chance of showing up as an alert within the administration portal regarding user ‘xyz@domain.com’ is suspended from sending due

    Is there any chance of showing up as an alert within the administration portal regarding user ‘xyz@domain.com’ is suspended from sending due to Device ID 123456 making too many requests via the REST API? There would seem to be some connection between the device making too many attempts and setting the flag on the user’s account, so in theory there should be a way where the administrators of a tenancy can be advised.

    This would enable faster resolution of issues and should be something that the portal should be alerting for.

  19. Meeting Updates automatically updated in the calendar and moved to trash

    By default, this setting is set in a tenant:
    Set-OrganizationConfig -VisibleMeetingUpdateProperties Location 15

    With this setting, every meeting update of an accepted appointment is automatically updated by Exchange in the user's calendar (if the location/time does not change and the appointment does not start in 15 minutes) and the mail is moved to the trash. Users don't notice anything at all and wonder why invitations end up in the trash.
    There is no way to disable this behavior in the Outlook client.
    Even if you set "Set-CalendarProcessing -AutomateProcessing None" to a mailbox, nothing changes.

    I would like you to implement a new transport rule which can delete images in the HTML messages only when it’s sent externally.
