  1. Set the cycle for NDR delivery when you use message approval in Exchange Online transport rule

It takes a lot of time for sender to confirm that his message approval was not delivered. Currently, an expiration message (NDR) for the message approval is sent to the sender in up to nine days (two days for expiration + up to seven days for sending NDR). It would be great if we can set the expiration cycle for NDR.

  2. Allow redirect rules to work even if forwarding is enabled.

Allow redirect rules to work even if forwarding is enabled in the Inbox Rules and vice versa.

If your redirection is set to Store and Forward, then the copy of the messages that is still delivered to the mailbox will have Inbox Rules applied to it.

Redirection happens before Inbox Rules are applied so if redirection is set to Forward only, Inbox Rules will not be applied. This is by design and not something we will consider changing at this time.

  3. Obtain the last log-in time of guest users

Although we can obtain sign-in history of guest users via Sign-in activity reports in AAD, it is still difficult for us to compile all sign-in histories with each service. It would be very convenient if we can get only the last log-in time for each service, so that we can easily identify which service is used or not used. Thus, I would request you to implement a report function to get last log-in time for guest users.

  4. Make it possible to set the preferred language for Microsoft 365 Service Health Notifications

It would be great if we can check Microsoft 365 Service Health Notifications in Japanese, currently sent in English.

  5. One Drive share links are not eliminated until the retention period ends

For security reasons it will be good that the shared links from ONEDRIVE be eliminated for external sharing once the account it is eliminated from Azure AD not when the retention period end. Internals links are ok to maintain but not the external. We have users leaving the company and sharing with their social emails the entire Onedrive folder.

  6. Want to use message trace to check the message format when the remote domain has configured

It would be great if we can use message trace to check all the message related information such as the message format even when the remote domain has configured.

  7. See the actual steps taken by ZAP on a message

As the service stands today, Zero-hour Auto Purge (ZAP) can and will leave alone messages based on anti-spam settings such as a transport rule setting SCL to -1 or a sender/domain listed as safe in the spam policy. Online documentation is not clear about this, but MS support and my experience has confirmed it.

However, in the Security and Compliance center, the messages still show in the Threat management Explorer (search All email) as "Removed by ZAP" even if they were, in fact, left in the Inbox as intended by policy and configuration. This leads to confusion when troubleshooting, and…

  8. Implement a feature that can block external emails with spoofed display name by using Transport rule

Recently, we receive mails with a spoofed display name, but there is no way to block such spoofing mails now. As a workaround, we have to change our mail addresses, but some users don’t want to change their address due to business reasons. So, it would be great if we could use Transport rule to block such spoofing emails.

  10. Deterring Reply All for large number of recipients

Add a "are you sure you want to proceed" prompt if a user wants to "reply all" when the "To" field has more than X number of recipients or more than X number of DL's. Goal is to avoid unnecessary Mail Storms.

  11. Add-Ins deployed via centralized deployment should still be available after diabling optional connected experiences in office

In version 1904, the new privacy controls for O365 ProPlus have been released, including the possibility to deactivate so-called "optional connected experiences". The documentation states that those services are not covered by the contract made between the company and microsoft, so we'd like to deactivate those services.
Deactivating the optional connected experiences also means deactivating the office store and its add-ins. According to our tests, this also affects the add-ins, that have been explicitly deployed via centralized deployment.
This is not be behaviour we expected. If you deploy an add-in in the admin centre, it also means that it has…

  14. Hoping for a feature that enables administrator users to change MyAnalytics settings

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):
    MyAnalytics の利用設定を管理者ユーザーが一括で変更できる機能について
Hoping for a feature that enables administrator users to change MyAnalytics settings

    ■Description(内容):
    MyAnalytics を利用する際に、管理者側でユーザーの利用設定を変更できる機能を実装希望です。
    現在は設定変更を行うために、ユーザー自身が個別に設定を行わなければならないため、テナント全体での管理を行う際に工数が発生します。
We hope for a feature to enable administrators to change the users settings when using MyAnalytics.
Currently in order to change the settings, users have to do it by themselves, and this leads to additional work when managing the whole tenant.
We have confirmed that by setting items related to MyAnalytics from [Services and Add-ins] in the Microsoft 365 admin center it will be reflected in the settings for…

  15. I want to be able to change 'Send invitations and responses to' using PowerShell.

You can change 'Send invitations and responses to' from Outlook, but there are no commands or options to change from Powershell.

You need to add commands or options to change the settings.

  16. Block sending, replying or forwarding email if competitors are included as recipients

It would be great if you could implement a feature to block sending emails if the message has competitive domains. For example, assuming that domain A, domain B and domain C are competitive companies. When you send an email to domain A and if domain B or C was included in To and Cc lines, we would like to block sending the email.

We currently cannot this setting by using transport rules.

  17. Add an option to turn OFF keeping a copy of SMTP relayed messages in sent items.

Recently the uservoice "SMTP Relay via Office 365 - Keep copy in Sent Items" was apparently implemented. As far as I can tell there is no way to turn this off. Please give those of us who don't want this an option to turn if off.

  18. Demand to create an alert event such as "Failed user login"

    Hi,

We would like to ask a demand to create an alert event such as "Failed user login".

At the moment, you can't create such an alert activity as this because such a category/event doesn't exist in the list. This point has been confirmed to us by O365 support.
The only way to see such an event is throufgh the security and compliance center by auditing an account manually.

In circumtances such as brute force attack or attempt to hack an account, it will be extremely useful for an admin to receive such an information to take appropriate action.

    Thank…

  19. An Administrator role that separates user creation and group management

I'd like to use User Management role without the ability to manage the group permissions. There are items from Office 365 groups are needs to be not accessed by User Management role.

  20. Get rolled out features from Office 365 tenant correlated to Microsoft 365 roadmap

It would be interesting for us as MSFT partners, and probably for many other admins, to be able to get a list of the latest rolled-out updates from an Office 365 tenant.

Message center tells you when an update will, more or less, be rolled-out, but you never know for sure if it is deployed or not into your tenant.

Now, you can get the Tenant build from the Exchange Management Shell, but there is no way to correlate the build number with any roadmap items.

It would be awesome if we could poll an Office 365 tenant (through powershell,…
