  1. Ability to purge PST imports

I have been trialling the new PST Import feature and ran into an issue with a corrupt PST. It would be really handy if you could cancel/purge import jobs that are stuck as these just sat at in progress for about 2 days before switching to "completed with errors"

  2. filter and sort domains by status and action

It would be really helpful for those of us with large amounts of domains to be able to sort and filter by the status and action. This would be really helpful while on boarding to manage the process without having to copy and paste in to Excel.

  4. Allow admin to audit who is viewing a file without modifying it

You can create an audit report that includes most any kind of file modifications, but unless you have O365 on your own server you have no way to see who has viewed a file without editing it.

  6. Allow Notes tabs to be hidden

The AD User tabs included one called Telephone and in that there is a field called Notes. We have used this field to place sensitive info about users. Before our upgrade to Office 365 we hid this tab from users but now we are unable to and confidential info is being publicly displayed. We had to use powershell to null out all those fields.

  7. Wish to prevent Office 2016 from automatically rolling out and would like to prevent this until after we're able to test w/other apps.

We are asking for a way to prevent the Office 2016 Suite from automatically installing, until after we are done testing with other applications. How can prevent this rollout until our organization is ready for it?

  9. Office

Allow administrators to setup threshold-based alerts on licensing to notify them via email or even SMS text when license consumption reaches a specified percentage of overall licenses purchased.

This should have a customizable recipient list as well since one of the recipients should be a purchaser.

  10. Using PowerShell command to get or export the detailed and readable value for the mailbox permissions made by the admins

using powershell we need to export the admin log ie.,changes done for a mailbox by a admin. currently only O365 admin console returns the parameter value. Powershell returns system generated values.

  11. You should give all Admins a CHOICE as to whether a new feature gets deployed and you should put it in the GUI.

Admins should have control over their clients' features. ESPECIALLY a Corporate User. We need to be able to turn off features globally from the GUI--not all customers are using Windows machines--some are working from tablets--and we should not have to use Power Shell to turn off features or see who is entered into our address list.

This is why we use the on-line service--so we do not have to run the mail server from our server closet--that means we need a good user interface that allows us to control the features.

Example, new CLUTTER feature was rolled out and it…

  13. Give me the choice whether to automount an Exchange account when I give someone full access to another's account

When I give full permissions to a user to someone else's user account, automounting that account should not happen by default, opening in Outlook, causing it to sync. I should need to either check or uncheck a box on that same permissions screen for automounting. Forcing me into powershell for something so simple is a waste of time/energy, and allows for greater chance of error.

  15. Give admins the ability to reduce the In Place Archive size with PS

Please restore the ability for admins to manage the mailbox archive size. Why would I want to move from on-premise exchange where I can manage the archive size to an environment where my users have 100GB that I cannot control? Please bring back this functionality.

  16. Get-MessageTrace - Stop paginating the results.

Get-MessageTrace used to return all results but it was changed in favour of paginated results. Please put it back to how it used to work.
Failing that, if I am exporting the results to a CSV, how about ALL the results get exported rather than having to run the command X amount of times depending on the number of pages available.

  17. hybrid deligation

The ability to apply cross platform trust in a hybrid environment.
Certain security requirements prevent certain mailboxes to live in a multi-tenant environment, would like the ability to grant 365 users full access to the on prem mailbox ans vice versa

  18. Get Rid of the Version & Login Confusion PLEASE!

So there is now OneDrive for Business and Personal. Skype Business and Personal. You either sign in as a business user or a school user. Do you have a Microsoft Account, Personal Account or Business Account? If you are a business user, click these 70 login buttons and spin on your head 6 times and maybe we will let you login. And make sure you have 3-4 Microsoft accounts because it's impossible to just have 1 sign in for all your services like everyone else.

I simply don't understand how difficult it is to keep things SIMPLE. How hard can…

  19. Add column on Active Users pane to show the license type assigned

Please add a column on this page to show the license type assigned, as clicking through each user one by one is very time consuming.

  20. Ability to show a list of all User Alerts on all Sites and SubSites

Users, and I as an Admin, would like to be able to 'quickly' see all Alerts that they have signed up for across ALL SITES AND SUBSITES with one click. As it stands now, they - and I have to go in site by site, subsite by subsite.

And while I am aware there are several 3rd party tools out there, I feel this should be an OOTB feature.
