  1. Get the price per SKU for each tenant

For a customer who is a Microsoft Partner, I'm implementing a billing solution. I'm using a simple Powershell Script, to show the amount of Assigned / Used Licenses per Tenant and per SKU. However, I also need the pricing per SKU. To be precise, I simply need a list of all prices per SKU as shown on this website:

    https://portal.office.com/Commerce/Catalog.aspx

However, I'll need to access this information programmaticly (i.e. Powershell, or API). Does someone know how I can obtain this pricing information? Thank you in advance.

  2. Admin must have the ability to create passwords for all users, not just resetting a temp password.

Admins must have the capability to create/define passwords for all users rather than be limited to just resetting a temp password on a per user basis.

  4. Translations in O365 Admin console and read more links

Translations in O365 admin portal in Slovenian language are bad and most of the links to TechNet/MSDN articles do not work. Usually link (read more) opens a new tab in IE and redirects you to the home page of TechNet (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library).

  7. Surface requested reports.

On the top right of the Reports page, there's a link to "Mail protection reports (Excel)" It doesn't lead to reports of any kind. It leads to templates. It needs to say so.

Also, it would be nice if requested reports were surfaced such that they were easier to find.

  8. Allowing Access to Sharepoint but not OneDrive (or other Apps)

Allow ability to configure SharePoint to not give OneDrive or other apps that may come when enabling that license for your users. We have over 10,000 staff and what to perform a phased rollout from SharePoint on-prem to in the cloud however when we enable the SharePoint license it also gives all people OneDrive for Business and the Video center. We care concerned about how this impact our Network if we enable this for 10,000 users and they all start syncing data to OneDrive or moving things to the Video center.

We would like to be able to add these…

  9. Add feature to remove/strip documents metadata

There should a way or setting in SP2013 to allow users or maybe users with admin privilege to strip custom meta-data. What I mean by meta-data is the SP custom columns created in library. SP 2013 keeps the meta-data even if you download the file to your desktop or outside SP 2013.

  10. Allow admins to be able to turn off the Office 365 store and remove it from the app launcher

We dont want users to be able to add apps to their sites on their own without approval, need a way to turn off the Office 365 app store and remove it from the app launcher. Or at least only allow requests for installation of apps so that they can be reviewed.

  11. Add the type of Email received in Get-MessageTrace so that it shows if it is an email or an appointment

When using Get-MessageTrace in PowerShell, it would be nice if we could distinguish between an email and an appointment

  12. Users should be able to select if they take Custom theming or not

One of the customers are setting different colors in their Office 365 navigation bar per site collection but one day they saw the navigation bar colors in all their sites were changed to Black.

This was because "Nav bar background color" setting in [Custom theming] option in MOP took effect without offering the option for not using this setting.

Some of the customers can give special meaning to site collection's design. For such users, this design change is nothing but a trouble.

Please give them options not to use [Custom theming]!!!

  13. Show the 'FULL' PC names, not truncated in the admin portal.

When large installations of Office 365 suddenly for no reason start to require re-activation after months of working fine, the portal admin needs to know what PC and laptop each account has installed from so they can re-activate them. This is next to impossible if you have to log in as each user in the organization individually to find out what account was used to install and activate each device. Currently the Admin portal shows the user office installs on PCs like this MA*08. We need to know the full PC or Laptop name, not truncated. For us, that

  15. Allow AutoBCC to be implemented for both Outlook and Webmail

    Hello,
We have users here that would like to be able to get auto bcc on every email they send. They want to get a copy of every email they send sent back to their Inbox so as to organize themselves better. Instead of having to go to the Send Items folder and move the email from there, they can just move it from the Inbox directly to any of their personal folders. I was able to apply a rule in Mail Flow however, the BCC option would copy everyone under that rule so no matter who I send the…

  16. Respect the contact email address

When sending a service request and specifying the email to send responses why do we also need to send a message to whatever account opened up the service request...ie if you have separate O365 admin accounts from your normal account and emails are sent to your normal account as a secondary contact but your O365 admin account is the primary email contact. Seems the ticketing system is not respecting the desired contact email address.

  18. Update the “standard views” within the Active Users dashboard to include all newly added “Limited Access roles.”

Currently other than a powershell command you cannot do it via the portal or under a custom view. I would be believe this is an important update as it should be a standard out the box function. It's important to be able to audit/review administrator roles in the portal.

  19. Allow an administrator to forward mail to an external smtp email address from ECP.

Currently there are only 2 ways to accomplish this.
    1) Create a mail contact with the external address, but then all of these "external" addresses show up in the GAL and it gets very confusing.
    2) Using the Set-Mailbox powershell cmdlet.
Just give me an option to use an external SMTP address when assigning a forwarding address in the administration portal

  20. improve the ability to retrieve statistics about received emails for Distribution list

For Audits - Active distribution lists
I currently have a script that allows me to export statistic about received emails for Distribution Lists. This is set to -Unlimited, but from the online services i only recieve 3 days of stats.
Having the on premise servers I am not limited (only by my disk space) and I can retreive stats depending on how long i have been saving Message Tracking. It would be great to see something similar from the cloud. Yes you can track messages for up to 90 days.... on a good day (not always achievable). But i would…
