  1. Help with Product Upgrades

Our company purchased 7 user licenses last year under the Office Premium package at $15/per month, per user. When our subscriptions were renewing we were informed that the Office Premium Package that we were paying for would no longer include Access. We run our production schedule using Access so we were forced to upgrade to the E3 package. The package is now $20/ per month per user. Now I find out that the Bookings app is no longer available to us. It comes with the Office Premium Package but not with the E3 Package. What??? We upgraded our package from…

  2. Health - Message Center

Read messages come back the next time I sign on as unread. Microsoft says this is designed this way. It makes it hard to immediately see what I haven't read.

  3. Weighted Dictionary Scoring

It would be cool to be able to create custom dictionaries with weighted values for different words. Since it appears the workaround for custom dictionaries is just do a "subject or body includes" rule then we would need to be able to assign weights to this. This is an example: Apply this rule if... the subject or body includes "test" (weight 10) "test2" (weight 25) "test3" (weight 100). Then for every instance of the word test it has a weight (or score) of 10 points, test2 has a weight of 25, and test3 has a weight of 100. Once a…

  4. Need option to Provide End Date for Email Account

Need option to Provide End Date for Email Account. So that after the period given the Email account should be disabled automatically (at least the user shouldn't be able to use)

  5. Reliable mailbox rights assignment and auto-mapping.

This is not a feature request but rather something that is already in Office 365 that does not work properly.

I will keep it short, I have recently opened a case with Microsoft about being unable to reliably assign new mailbox rights. Doing it via the GUI or via power shell does not make a difference. Giving or Removing the "full access" rights to a user sometimes (most of the time) does not map the mailbox properly in the user's Outlook application. The server is showing that the user has the proper rights but the user is unable to see…

  7. Add Email Options to Exchange Online Contacts

Add Email Options to Exchange Online Contacts so we don't have to create Mail User accounts (accounts + passwords than now need to be managed, tracked, audited, etc.). Email Options functionality exists in Exchange Online as the Hybrid server settings are pushed to the cloud and work. We just need the option added to the Contacts admin GUI.

  8. Please give notice at least a few month before running a big change in the Office 365 data center.

Please give notice at least a few month before running a big change in the Office 365 data center.

We needed to solve the issue which happen to coincide with a time when our tenant data was moved to a new Office 365 data center. It was the big impact for our business. After this, if you have a plan to change in the Office 365 data center, we must consider to schedule and prepare for coping with the occurring issue.

In this moving our tenant data to the new datacenter, we got alert just 2 weeks before running, but…

  9. Auditing Office 365 Access

If users have Exchange Online, you can get Access Log, "last logon time", with PowerShell.
Also, we confirmed that you can get access log using AureAD Report, but cannot export all users' results at once.
    * You have to choose a user.

    • We received a request from our customer about creating Service Requests.

any document shared by internal user to external user sharepoint create profile "user_hotmail.com#EXT#@Domain.onmicrosoft.com" .
in new admin center licenses can be assign to these users where in old admin center no action was available even you cant delete these users .

  11. Shared account view locking

When multiple users are accessing a shared mailbox, but have it added as a secondary email account (instead of a shared mailbox access) in Outlook, any changes to the view make the view change for all other users accessing it. Could the view settings be locked on the client instead of the mailbox? This would allow multiple people to sort the mail differently while working in it to find different documents, etc. without having others' views modified as such. Thank you!

  12. In the O365 Report for SharePoint, allow the email address of the site owner to be a column

The "site owner" column in the SharePoint reports is not useful. Please give an option for the site owner email address and/or site owner login to be used as an option

  14. Adding Message Type by In-Place eDiscovery & Hold

Admin User can use In-Place eDiscovery & Hold from Exchange admin center.
And there is a [search query] option in which Admin User selects message types.
When Admin User choose [Meetings] for the message type, he also prefers to select Appointment or Meeting to export these items separately.

The Additional message types would be an ideal function for Admin User.

This feedback is based on a customer voice from support SR.

  16. leavers

When a user leaves we want to delete the AD account. This then kicks off the mailbox for deletion in 30 days. I understand you can use in-place hold to stop this but its long winded!

Can we have an option when we select the account to just Archive mailbox?

And then we can just delete the AD account without messing around so much.

  17. Complete merge of tenents

If a company is taken over by a company, it should done also with tenants in Office365. This means that all functionality (Exchange, SharePoint, Skype, CRM, EMS, Accounts / AAD, settings, domains, etc.) should merge into one tenant. Also Manageable from one console / tenant. One idea is to do this in stages.

  18. Allow DeviceID to be used to selectively allow Outlook for iOS and Android much as DeviceOS or DeviceType are

Now that DeviceID is being sent directly to Exchange Online, it would be helpful to be able to include it in PowerShell commands like New-ActiveSyncDeviceAccessRule and Set-ActiveSyncDeviceAccessRule so that Outlook for iOS and Andoid could be enabled selectively, per device. Could be used in place of DeviceOS, UserAgent or DeviceType

  19. Edit/choice with the image chosen to represent as document thumbnail when Pinned to Top

I would love to choose or edit the image selected as the thumbnail when I Pin an item. I have a Powerpoint file that contains dozens of images but only one is chosen to represent the cover or thumbnail. This is less than ideal because the default image is representing the document's least important focus.

  20. Allow Admins to upload photos of employees

Employees often choose casual photos that are better suited for facebook than a corporate exchange/skype account. Allowing the admins to upload professional headshots would free up employee time and help standardize the photos.
