  1. Historical Mailbox reports like when created, disabled, reinstated, delegate access, duration of access.

We're often posed with questions as to who had access to a mailbox, when accessed, who had delegation and for how long. It would be nice to have some historical reporting on a mailbox. Maybe even location (IPs) where this access is occurring.

  2. Quarantine access rule based on users in mobile device access rules

We checked in Exchange admin center, currently the device access rule is for organization wide, we would like that the device access rule can be improved so that we can filter based on users or groups

  3. The ability to disable automatically created DNS records when using O365 as Name Servers

Currently when using O365 to host your DNS records you cannot adjust the automatically created DNS records such as the SPF record. It would be useful to be able to disable these so that custom ones can be used.

  4. Allow end users the ability to govern the full permission of their own mailbox

Currently an administrator must run add-mailboxpermission, however users should be able to configure giving full access to their mailbox or at the very least being able to propagate permissions down a folder structure.

  5. Ability to purge PST imports

I have been trialling the new PST Import feature and ran into an issue with a corrupt PST. It would be really handy if you could cancel/purge import jobs that are stuck as these just sat at in progress for about 2 days before switching to "completed with errors"

  6. filter and sort domains by status and action

It would be really helpful for those of us with large amounts of domains to be able to sort and filter by the status and action. This would be really helpful while on boarding to manage the process without having to copy and paste in to Excel.

  7. Expand the New-TransportRule –RejectMessageReasonText parameter to allow 1024 characters and add HTML support

Expand the New-TransportRule –RejectMessageReasonText parameter to allow 1024 characters and add HTML support. Adding a RejectMessageReasonURL parameter to add a URL that would be referenced for NDRs of blocked messages would be good, too.

  10. Allow administrative control, in a single location, over any and all App tiles that appear in app launcher and in the portal

Stop promoting confusion to users by displaying apps that are not used by the company. Yammer, News Feed, Sites, any app may be par t of a subscription but not yet ready for use within a corporation. Let us control these tiles so we don't have increased support costs continue as a result of O365.

  11. Allow admin to audit who is viewing a file without modifying it

You can create an audit report that includes most any kind of file modifications, but unless you have O365 on your own server you have no way to see who has viewed a file without editing it.

  13. Allow Notes tabs to be hidden

The AD User tabs included one called Telephone and in that there is a field called Notes. We have used this field to place sensitive info about users. Before our upgrade to Office 365 we hid this tab from users but now we are unable to and confidential info is being publicly displayed. We had to use powershell to null out all those fields.

  14. Wish to prevent Office 2016 from automatically rolling out and would like to prevent this until after we're able to test w/other apps.

We are asking for a way to prevent the Office 2016 Suite from automatically installing, until after we are done testing with other applications. How can prevent this rollout until our organization is ready for it?

  16. Allow for Localization and Licensing using Azure AD Sync Tool

Allow for Localization and Licensing using Azure AD Sync Tool based on AD organizational unit. The tool should allow for country and license assignment directly without the use of outside scripts.

  17. Office

Allow administrators to setup threshold-based alerts on licensing to notify them via email or even SMS text when license consumption reaches a specified percentage of overall licenses purchased.

This should have a customizable recipient list as well since one of the recipients should be a purchaser.

  18. Using PowerShell command to get or export the detailed and readable value for the mailbox permissions made by the admins

using powershell we need to export the admin log ie.,changes done for a mailbox by a admin. currently only O365 admin console returns the parameter value. Powershell returns system generated values.

  19. You should give all Admins a CHOICE as to whether a new feature gets deployed and you should put it in the GUI.

Admins should have control over their clients' features. ESPECIALLY a Corporate User. We need to be able to turn off features globally from the GUI--not all customers are using Windows machines--some are working from tablets--and we should not have to use Power Shell to turn off features or see who is entered into our address list.

This is why we use the on-line service--so we do not have to run the mail server from our server closet--that means we need a good user interface that allows us to control the features.

Example, new CLUTTER feature was rolled out and it…
