  1. The feature should be returned! 'Indication of the list of person in the group' feature in SharePoint 2010

There was the following feature in a list of SharePoint 2010.

    1)New Item click

2)Input a group name into Person or Group column

    3)A group is displayed

4)The icon beside the group click

5)A list of persons in the group displays (A new window open)

    6)A person click

7)A person is added to Person or Group column

My tenant has thousands of users.
I felt the operation mentioned above super-useful but seems to have been removed in SharePoint Online now.
    The feature should be returned!

  3. Make it possible to get error messages from a correlation id

PLEASE - if we get a error on SharePoint Online we get a correlation ID. It i VERY important that we can read the error from the logfiles. Otherwise we do not have a chance to find out whats wrong. This is realy bad service fra Microsoft!!!! I have tried to grant a ticket, but the answer is just that it is internal data, and we can not get the information............. WHAT......... its just an description of an error. Get ral Microsoft and let ud get a chance to do our job.

  6. When users are

If a company has 800 users and wants to license 345 for E3 subscription an email should be automatically generated alerting the 345 users. Giving the O365 URL and login information. Presently the Admin has to gather the 345 email addresses and notify them manually.

  7. Allow users to reset their Skype For Business PSTN PIN

We can see that this is "coming", but we spend a lot of admin effort resetting our users' PINs. Can this be bumped up in priority?

  10. How about a report that tells what SCL setting a message gets, so we could see the impact changing the treshold would make

We'd like to know what impact we would have by changing the Spam Threshold. If a report would sow all the messages in Inboxes with a SCL between 5 and 7, we could tell if we wanted to make that change.

  12. Delete Folder by Windows PowerShell

Currently it is not possible to delete folder by Windows PowerShell Cmdlet.
Sometimes Admin User needs to delete User's folder instead of each User.
In this case, Windows PowerShell would be an ideal tool to manage it.

Additional function would be a productive feature for Admin User.
This feedback is based on a customer voice from support SR.

  14. Text-Message Service Status Change and Maintenance Events

Please provide a configurable option for text message, email or phone call notification of service status changes and any maintenance (planned or unplanned).

If Admin Center is unavailable, an alternate method of notification would be valuable.

  17. detected malware should have a description

when an email is deleted due to detected malware, there is no information associated with the detection, other than the malware name. This name, sometimes, is not even listed in the threat encyclopedia. We are not able to determine if it is a possible false positive or if it is a real threat. And the attachment is gone at this point. The attachment should be available for further analysis as well.

  18. Outlook contacts storage and search

Our Outlook contacts are in multiple address books on purpose but doing a search does not bring up a list - just one random one - we want to see a list there of where each one is as we often add and delete address books for emailing purposes and we need to easily delete contacts from individual address books

  19. ability to view service health cross tenant outages

    We are a global company
Our tenant is held in the US but apparenlty it does not give us the abiltiy to view service health outages in the EU or other areas
We had a recent issue where some of our sites in the EU were down due to an 'Outlook disconnect' issue which was reported on EU tenant O365 portals, but because our tenant is held in the US we could not see it as we only can see outages for US. The crazy thing is the Microsoft support team in India had no visibility into this issue either…

  20. Collect info about messages being deleted by spam filtering

Right now if messages are being deleted without saving to junk or quarantine there's no message trace of it. Just had a problem when I needed to know what has been deleted by spam filtering and Microsoft Support Confirmed that system doesn't allow that.
Would like to have this functional in future.
