  1. sync your settings is deactivated on Win10

We started using Office 365 and were taken by surprise that users that add there work account to there PC, e.g. emailing, stopped being able to use Settings Sync of Win 10.

There is a manual for enabling it: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/active-directory-windows-enterprise-state-roaming-enable

but this setting is not available if you only have a Office 365 subscription.

I would expect to have at least enough control on an office 365 subscription, to not cripple the experience of my users. BYOD is not a good experience if the user looses convenience (on there private device) and the admin can only respond: "We don't require…

  5. Please activate it for Enterprise plans as well

All our clients are below 100 employees, yet most of them are on Please activate it for Enterprise plans as wellOffice365 Plan E3, including us selves, and we are only 5 on the team.

All the new goodies, Connections, Listings, Invoicing, MileIQ and Bookings, Outlook Customer Manager are only for Business Premium, why not let the companies that pay more opt-in on these as well?

  6. Archive and Conversation History folders

I sure wish I could delete the Archive, Clutter, and Conversation History folders. I don't use these, so they only serve to lengthen my folder list and make it more cluttered.

  7. Currently if you add an email alias into an O365 Exchange Online user's profile it does not synchronize to the Azure AD ‘proxyAddresses’ att

Office 365 Exchange Alias sync to Azure AD 'proxyAddresses' attribute: Currently if you add an email alias into an O365 Exchange Online user's profile it does not synchronize to the Azure AD ‘proxyAddresses’ attribute. Apparently if you have an on-prem AD Server you can add aliases to this attribute and it will sync to Azure AD then to the user’s Aliases in Exchange Online but not the other way around. Thus, if a company does not have an on-prem AD server and they would like to enable the LDAPS Domain Services in Azure AD, any query for the ‘proxyAddresses’ attribute…

  8. Provide a way to transfer ownership of Onedrive and Sharepoint files to another user.

Currently, an admin has to log into Onedrive sync with the user's credentials. We usually create a temporary Windows account on a PC first. Then the admin must sync the person's files to the PC, then sync them to another account. This is totally out of the question for a large company. It is almost out of the question for our company with less than 50 employees, as we have a lot of part time employees and thus lots of turnover. It's so easy in G Suite to do this. It's one of the questions asked when deleting a user.

  9. Custom DKIm records do not propogate if name servers are with Office 365

Office 365 should provide the option of adding customer DKIM records when the name servers are with Microsoft

  11. Allow custom Exchange Admin to modify group membership in Admin Center

Allow custom Exchange Admin to modify group membership (Office 365, Distrubution, Security groups) in Admin Center, instead of having to go into Exchange Admin.

  14. Attach files from Cloud on Mac

In Outlook for Windows I can attach files that are saved on the OneDrive cloud directly to emails by clicking the "Browse Web Locations" folder. This would be really useful if it was also available for Mac.

  16. Make it possible to have a automatic follow-up when a user is added to a group

When a user is added to a group, on the classical version of Office 365, it was possible to access group documents directly via Onedrive on the left, without the need to "Follow the group".
Now, the only turnaround on the standard version is to click on sharepoint, search the group for every user and follow the Site.
Is it possible to implement an option in Sharepoint admin in order to decide wether when a user is added to a group, he follows it automatically or not.

    regards,

  17. Unlist Office 2013 as a support option

Office 2013 is not available for download, but an option for our users under the "other downloads" area is to contact support via the Admin portal to get Office 2013. I did this (as we are dealing with compatibility issues for a client's software), and received a call back shortly thereafter advising that the software is NOT available. Please remove this option if you are not going to provide the software as advertised!!!

  18. Renewal reminder email to admin

Thanks for using Office 365. Your subscription to Exchange Online (Plan 1) expired on 23/08/2018. You have been in a grace period that allowed you to continue accessing the service. After 22/10/2017, your account will be disabled and users will lose their access to this subscription.

    Subscription EXPIRED on 23/08/2018

instead it should be it will expire on 23/08/2018

    On behalf of Kevin Lycett

This feedback seems to be about your Office 365 subscription, so it will be moved to another section. If you meant this feedback to be about the Microsoft Invoicing app, then you can indicate that by posting a new comment on this thread.

  19. Allow the admin to manage which folders sync with OneDrive

Allow for centralized Admin of OneDrive sync across the enterprise. For example, I need to be able to go in and add a folder sync to another user, that way the folder will download to their local onedrive folder for use offline ...etc.

  20. Bug Report: Cannot add a group member from the Office 365 Admin App for Windows 10

Clicking on "Edit members" then "Add a member" does nothing. It should return a list of the Active Users but it does not.
