  1. Admin controls required for New Feature: SharePoint Auto Digest Email MC215356

SharePoint auto digest email for SharePoint News is rolling out, but only the users themselves can unsubscribe. This is extremely inconvenient, we have customers who have thousands of users with active SPO licenses awaiting training and adoption activities. Their first introduction to SPO will now be a pointless weekly spam message from their new system.
SharePoint News is not actively used in all tenants either, pushing the feature like this might be disruptive to adoption plans and governance established. Please provide admin control over this feature.

  2. Giving possibility to import and deploy Office 365 PowerPoint Forms Add-in in Office 365 Admin

As per documentation to insert Forms in Office 365 Powerpoint, the administrator must set "Let users access the Office store".

If you're trying to insert Forms in PowerPoint and at the same time your organization is blocked individual installation of Add-ins from Office Store, but there is no other way to allow using it, except allow users to use Office Store. Due to privacy, security or other reasons, it can't be done.

Organizations haven't another way to install it via Office 365 Admin Console, for example, or as separate Add-in.
The Idea is creating a separate add-in for Forms Button…

  3. Disable the feature that is mentioned in MC213897

We would like to disable the feature that a user who is blocked from purchasing self-service purchase product will be able to submit a request to be unblocked.
We already determined that our organization doesn’t let users utilize the self-service purchase service. But if users submit the request to unblock in each time, Admins will have more work. We need to disable the feature so that Admins could reduce his task.

  4. Allow Project tile to be disabled in app launcher with E5 license

Users with an E5 license cannot have the Project tile disabled because they only have a read-only license to Project. We want to remove the tile from our user's app launcher because they only have read-only. Seeing the tile can cause user's to think they have a proper Project license. Currently the only way to disable the project tile is to have a project license.

  5. Flagged emails in Shared mailbox not visible in Tasks in Outlook (desktop version)

I hope to get this feature or function implemented, wherein flagged emails in Shared mailbox to show up in Tasks in Outlook. Currently when we flag emails in the Shared mailbox we don't see it under Tasks, even the flagged emails in the regular mailbox don't show up.

We hope to have this considered and implemented...

  7. Add Groups to Channels in Stream

I want to be able to add (and remove) groups to Microsoft Stream channels instead of only being able to add channels to groups. My groups change yearly, but my videos/channels do not. I want to create content based channels that I can then share with my ever-changing groups.

  8. Allow sending as Alias address

The user should be able to edit the FROM address in Outlook and send an e-mail message as any of the aliases associated with the user mailbox.
    .
Many other e-mail providers allow this, and Office 365 should also offer it as a possibility.
    .
    .
    Workaround Distribution List:
If you want the user to send from an alias, but receive answers in their own mailbox, then you must create a Distribution List (DL) and add the alias address to it. Then provide "send as" permission to the user.
    .
This is too complicated, hard to manage and keep track…

  9. Enable Dynamic (Plus) Email Addresses for Distribution Lists

The recent plus addressing feature (https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/273493-office-365-admin/suggestions/18612754-support-for-dynamic-email-aliases-in-office-365) appears to only work for mailboxes, not distribution lists.  The primary reason we wanted this feature was to enable teams without permission to create distribution lists or modify the alternate email addresses on their distribution lists to effectively create unique addresses on the fly.  There are a number of services which require unique email addresses be used to create each account and this would allow us to easily tie those accounts back to a single existing DL without engaging our Enterprise Services team each time to add a new address. Please allow…

  11. Allow duplicate emails in Exchange

Allow exchange to receive duplicate emails. By default, the message will be delivered only once even if it has the same mailbox as a recipient twice but it would be helpful to be able to receive duplicate emails in exchange even if it has the same mailbox as a recipient twice (such as individually and sent to a Gmail account which has a forwarding rule to the exchange account). This is to verify that the email sent on Gmail was received without logging in to the Gmail

  13. Exchange Online Powershell with Service Principal

I'd like to run the exchange online powershell with a service principal. The use case is easy - we're running a background service setting some specific configuration on user mailboxes and don't want to use an admin account for that. It's sad this is not on the graph directly possible but at least make SPNs available for use with Exchange Powershell.

  14. Implement a feature that disable the Welcome message of Office 365 Groups (UnifiedGroupWelcomeMessageEnabled) by default

This is because the value of UnifiedGroupWelcomeMessageEnabled can be changed after creating Office 365 Groups.
So, we would like to request to implement a feature that can disable it with organization settings by default. And it would be also great if the Welcome message can be disabled when creating a new Office 365 Group.

  16. Disable O365 profile photo updated when changed in Windows 10 2004 update User Account Settings

With the new Windows 10 2004 May update. If a person changes their profile photo in Change Account Settings. Under Your Info, Create Your Picture, you can upload a new profile photo and it will also change the O365 profile photo. This happens even if you have the OwaMailboxPolicy -SetPhotoEnabled $false. Right now employees can overwrite the Company approved profile photos with their own.

  17. Allow ability to restrict O365 Group Members to EDIT, DELETE Team site pages

The regular members of the Team site should not be able to EDIT and/or DELETE pages, including but not limited to the homepage of the site. We have tried various tricks to achieve this via fiddling with SharePoint custom permissions, changing default permissions levels and reallocating permissions to the members group but they break connection to Teams in MS Teams and other office 365 shared services. We do not use SharePoint like Wiki where members should be allowed to add/edit pages, add/delete contents etc. This is a different use case and a major issue for organization, departments where someone goes…

  18. Request Exchange hybrid key for Exchange Server 2019 activation with Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW)

Actually it is not possible to obtain a free Exchange Server 2019 activation with a hybrid key. For earlier Exchange Versions this works trough HCW, but not with Exchange 2019: "Please note that HCW does not provide a 'hybrid key' for Exchange Server 2019. If you need a hybrid key, the latest version that it is available for is Exchange Server 2016."

This is not customer friendly at all - so please add Exchange 2019 to this feature.
