  1. Configure Preferences for Report Message Add-In

The Report Message Add-In can be deployed centrally but there should be a method to control the settings/preferences in it centrally. For example, set the default option for reporting preference (e.g. always send, never send, ask every time). This should be configurable somewhere (e.g. registry key, GPO, Centralized Deployment manager, Exchange Online policy, etc. The default to ask every time is not the setting we want for our organization, but there is no way currently to reconfigure the default. Please reconsider this.

  2. Exchange Online Powershell with Service Principal

I'd like to run the exchange online powershell with a service principal. The use case is easy - we're running a background service setting some specific configuration on user mailboxes and don't want to use an admin account for that. It's sad this is not on the graph directly possible but at least make SPNs available for use with Exchange Powershell.

  4. Enable DKIM for Office 365 Home with custom email domain

The Office 365 Home subscription allows you to use your your own email domain. However, there is no option to enable DKIM and without it, outgoing email often ends up in the recipient's Spam folder, making the custom email domain capability useless.

Please expose the DKIM setting on the UI for O365 Home subscribers.
The feature itself is already implemented and available in the Business edition, but requires the Admin panel which does not exist in Office 365 Home.

  5. Require TLS Fallback Automatically to OME

When sending e-mails out with sensitive content, we can currently use a Transport Rule to detect said content (Sensitive Info Types) and take an action. Would like to be able to create a transport rule that first does "Require TLS." However, if TLS is not supported by the receiving server, have Office 365 automatically fail back over to OME and send out the e-mail securely that way. With Require TLS, if the receiving server doesn't support TLS, the user has to wait to find out that their e-mail did not go through. They also have to resend the e-mail manually.…

  6. Remove case sensitive searches for shared mailboxes and permissions

Over the last month or so case sensitive searches have been added into the shared mailbox and permissions sections on the Office 365 admin page. Could these be reverted back or was there a reason for case sensitive searches being added?

I had weeks of no results coming back until I spoke to Microsoft Support who also have the issue and they noticed it is now case sensitive.

  7. Add sender address in disclaimer

Phishing emails are on the rise where Sender's name is used to lure recipients into trusting spam. We would like to prepend a disclaimer for emails originating outside the domain and add the sender's real email address to it. We have programmed the disclaimer but have been told by Microsoft tech. support that it is by design that sender's info is not available to be added to disclaimers.

  8. Create Message Trace Role or Permission (RBAC)

Please add a 'Message Trace' role group or built-in RBAC that only provides users access to perform message trace within Exchange Online / Sec & Compliance portal. We've tried to create a custom RBAC to achieve this, and the custom RBAC allows users to perform basic message traces and to request extended or enhanced message trace reports. However the user still isn't able to download the extended/enhanced message trace reports. According to MS support the built-in 'View-Only Recipients' role is required to download the reports... We need more granular permissions that provide full access to all message trace features without…

  9. Verify Unknown source Email ID

    Hi,

We have configured SMTP Mail relay Server in our local network. I have allowed one system from Relay Server to send mail from application. But one drawback is that, if I used any unknown Email ID (not exist or created in our domain) to send mail from application to valid Email Address; and it successfully delivered (Not giving error such as, Source Mail Id is not valid).
For eg., I have not created any User Email ID or Group Email ID or alias in our domain like user.name@abc.com. It is unknown (not exist) Email ID. But when I…

  10. Add Directory back to OWA and the new Outlook

Bring back the Address Book directory to OWA in the new outlook.

We segment staff, students and other districts into separate address lists. Staff can only see staff and students can only see students in their respective GAL's. By doing this segmentation method we cannot search addresses contained in other addresses lists.

We also need the directory for easy address lookup. With thousands of accounts in our address lists we don't always know the spelling of a users name. We need to be able to scroll the list to find users.

  11. Hide specific fields from the GAL

Our organization which belongs to the Financial Services vertical is required to prevent data leakage and adhere to strict regulatory guidance. We require the ability to:

    • Hide or expose specific fields within Active Directory and the Global Address List in Exchange Online for specific people within our organization.

  12. Option to disable "Popular Around Me" in OneDrive

In OneDrive (on the web) --> Shared, there is a new section at the top of the page labeled "Popular Around Me".

OneDrive admins should be able to disable this feature at the tenant level or per user or group.

    It currently cannot be disabled.

  13. Is it possible to add an funcation to delete the wrong recipient information on webmail cache for all the related users?

For example, we created an user's email box and the user communicated with other users. After some times, we had to change the profile for this user due to some reasons. The wrong recipient information is still keeping on the webmail cache. We have to ask the related uses to delete it themselves. It's really a big trouble. If we can delete it for them on the Admin center, that will be easy.

  14. Allow reconcile of conflicting service options across licensing plans

Assigning licenses for service options across license plans is buggy and unpredictable. E.g. You have enabled SharePoint Online (Plan 1) service option in a licensing plan that's assigned to a group via Azure AD. Project Online has SharePoint Online (Plan 2) and you'd like to assign the license to your Project Services Role Group. You can't because, it won't let you disable SP Plan 1 from the existing licensing plan and then you can't enable SP Plan 2 because SP Plan 1 is already enabled. Project Online demands that you use SP Plan 2. Basically, you're snookered. If this issue…

  15. Office365 - Multiple Domains - Shared mailboxes with common start (ie sales@)

Office365 - Multiple Domains - Shared mailboxes with common start (ie sales@).

When you have a single office365 installation that has multiple domains, it is not possible to create the same prefix of an email (ie before the @ sign) for shared mail boxes on the different domains.

For example, if I want to have sales@ on Domain1.com, Domain2.com and Domain3.com, I could successfully create sales@Domain1.com but when I try to create sales@Domain2.com I get an error about the alias already being used.

This has been touched on a number of sites, here is one:

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Office-365/Shared-mailbox-with-the-same-email-local-part-can-t-be-created/m-p/258227

    There is a work…

  16. Change default language of tenant

After a tenant is created the tenant language cannot be changed. If the tenant was initialy created with the local language of the headquater of a company (not English) there is no possibility to change the language to the best fit for all users, e.g. English.
That causes that automated mails are sent in the tenants language to users worldwide and that there are mails that have a mixed of languages.
If should be possible to change the default languange of the tenant after the initial creation.

  17. Block updating the value of WhenCreated and SamAccountName

The values of WhenCreated and SamAccountName which are retrieved by running Get-Mailbox, Get-MailContact and Get-DistributionGroup could be updated unintentionally by some actions such as tenant relocation, so I would like these properties to keep the original value.

  18. Important improvements in the false-positive rate of the outbound spam classification [Ticket #:16175857]

I reported some issues concerning Office 365 outbound spam detection to Microsoft under [Ticket #:16175857].
Outbound spam detected mails are sent through a high-risk delivery pool (HRDP) and hence are highly probable of not being accepted by business partners.
    Here are our improvement suggestions:

    (1.)
At the moment, forwarded emails that contain links pointing to safelinks.protection.outlook.com from another Microsoft client who uses the SafeLinks feature will be classified by Microsoft's Exchange Online as outbound spam, if replied to or otherwise forwarded.
This behavior should be changed. Links that are manipulated by Microsoft's own SafeLinks feature should not be classified as…

  19. Customized Help Desk Card should show IT Support Info only

When following the description here (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/misc/customize-help-desk?WT.mc_id=365AdminCSH&view=o365-worldwide), custom Help Desk Card entries are still put on the very bottom of Office 365 / SharePoint Help Card. We'd like to be able to set - as an IT Admin - our organizations Help Desk Card globally to our internal Servicedesk Information only, without all that additional infos and links popping up in the help section before showing our users our individual Servicedesk Contact Infos.
    Thanks!

  20. Enable email notification of Office 365 Health Service Incidents and Advisories

Enable option to subscribe by email Office 365 Health Service Incidents and Advisories.

Global Admin or any Distribution list be able to receive the service health dashboard summary or any major service outage alerts over the email.
There has to be an option to subscribe to the alerts (old school SharePoint Lists alerts mechanism) providing an email. This functionality should be only permissible to Global Admin and can add up to 5 email addresses.
This will reduce the over head of an Admin to keep going back to dashboard to be able to monitor health, Or if this needs to…
