  1. Giving possibility to import and deploy Office 365 PowerPoint Forms Add-in in Office 365 Admin

As per documentation to insert Forms in Office 365 Powerpoint, the administrator must set "Let users access the Office store".

If you're trying to insert Forms in PowerPoint and at the same time your organization is blocked individual installation of Add-ins from Office Store, but there is no other way to allow using it, except allow users to use Office Store. Due to privacy, security or other reasons, it can't be done.

Organizations haven't another way to install it via Office 365 Admin Console, for example, or as separate Add-in.
The Idea is creating a separate add-in for Forms Button…

  2. Exchange Online Powershell with Service Principal

I'd like to run the exchange online powershell with a service principal. The use case is easy - we're running a background service setting some specific configuration on user mailboxes and don't want to use an admin account for that. It's sad this is not on the graph directly possible but at least make SPNs available for use with Exchange Powershell.

  3. Request Exchange hybrid key for Exchange Server 2019 activation with Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW)

Actually it is not possible to obtain a free Exchange Server 2019 activation with a hybrid key. For earlier Exchange Versions this works trough HCW, but not with Exchange 2019: "Please note that HCW does not provide a 'hybrid key' for Exchange Server 2019. If you need a hybrid key, the latest version that it is available for is Exchange Server 2016."

This is not customer friendly at all - so please add Exchange 2019 to this feature.

  4. Enable option to clear or delete the whole Preservation Hold Library

After removing the lock on the preservation hold library, we can delete items. However, it only allows us to delete files by batch However, it would be troublesome to delete files manually specially if the library contains around 1TB. So we need an option in the library settings that would allow to automatically clear preservation hold library or delete the library itself.

  5. Allow sending as Alias address

The user should be able to edit the FROM address in Outlook and send an e-mail message as any of the aliases associated with the user mailbox.
    .
Many other e-mail providers allow this, and Office 365 should also offer it as a possibility.
    .
    .
    Workaround Distribution List:
If you want the user to send from an alias, but receive answers in their own mailbox, then you must create a Distribution List (DL) and add the alias address to it. Then provide "send as" permission to the user.
    .
This is too complicated, hard to manage and keep track…

  6. Keep the New-MoveRequest cmdlt remained

We are aware of the decommission of the New-MoveRequest cmdlt as per the message center announcement: MC206405, but we would like to keep using it. This cmdlet is very useful as a workaround for some problems such as the OOF delay on the room mailbox. So it would be great if you can keep it remained or provide us any other alternative method for New-MoveRequest.

  7. Configure Preferences for Report Message Add-In

The Report Message Add-In can be deployed centrally but there should be a method to control the settings/preferences in it centrally. For example, set the default option for reporting preference (e.g. always send, never send, ask every time). This should be configurable somewhere (e.g. registry key, GPO, Centralized Deployment manager, Exchange Online policy, etc. The default to ask every time is not the setting we want for our organization, but there is no way currently to reconfigure the default. Please reconsider this.

  8. Flagged emails in Shared mailbox not visible in Tasks in Outlook (desktop version)

I hope to get this feature or function implemented, wherein flagged emails in Shared mailbox to show up in Tasks in Outlook. Currently when we flag emails in the Shared mailbox we don't see it under Tasks, even the flagged emails in the regular mailbox don't show up.

We hope to have this considered and implemented...

  9. Make it possible to Import PST-Files from Germany

    Please make this feature avaliable:

Network upload is currently available in these regions: United States, Canada, Brazil, the United Kingdom, France, Europe, India, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Japan, Republic of Korea, and Australia. Network upload will be available in more regions soon.

At this time, network upload of PST files is not available in Germany and Switzerland. This FAQ will be updated when network upload is available in these countries.

  10. Allow EOL Default Retention Policy to Archive only emails

As a business, we want all of our users to have their emails Archives automatically as otherwise the local OST file would become too big. Therefor we apply a 6 months policy rules by default on all mailboxes.

The problem is that the Calendars, Tasks and Notes are also being applied this policy. Tasks for instance can be on-going for years but they are being archived even though they weren't completed.

We cannot apply a no archive rules while asking our users to manually apply each folder one by one an archiving rule; as everyone in the IT business would…

  11. Enable DKIM for Office 365 Home with custom email domain

The Office 365 Home subscription allows you to use your your own email domain. However, there is no option to enable DKIM and without it, outgoing email often ends up in the recipient's Spam folder, making the custom email domain capability useless.

Please expose the DKIM setting on the UI for O365 Home subscribers.
The feature itself is already implemented and available in the Business edition, but requires the Admin panel which does not exist in Office 365 Home.

  13. Option to disable "Popular Around Me" in OneDrive

In OneDrive (on the web) --> Shared, there is a new section at the top of the page labeled "Popular Around Me".

OneDrive admins should be able to disable this feature at the tenant level or per user or group.

    It currently cannot be disabled.

  14. Office365 - Multiple Domains - Shared mailboxes with common start (ie sales@)

Office365 - Multiple Domains - Shared mailboxes with common start (ie sales@).

When you have a single office365 installation that has multiple domains, it is not possible to create the same prefix of an email (ie before the @ sign) for shared mail boxes on the different domains.

For example, if I want to have sales@ on Domain1.com, Domain2.com and Domain3.com, I could successfully create sales@Domain1.com but when I try to create sales@Domain2.com I get an error about the alias already being used.

This has been touched on a number of sites, here is one:

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Office-365/Shared-mailbox-with-the-same-email-local-part-can-t-be-created/m-p/258227

    There is a work…

  15. Windows PowerShell commandlets that support Microsoft Stream

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):
Microsoft Stream に対応する Windows PowerShell コマンドレットについて
Windows PowerShell commandlets that support Microsoft Stream

    ■Description(内容):

Currently there are no Windows PowerShell commandlets to support Microsoft Stream management, and almost all management needs to be done on the GUI.

If the amount of videos uploaded or Microsoft Stream users increase the workload for managing them will increase as well, thus we hope that Windows PowerShell commandlets will be provided for checking owners and viewers, and for registering video viewers at once.

  17. Show a warning message when enable/disable the transport rule in the Exchange admin center

To avoid misconfiguration, it would be great if a warning message shows up when a user attempt to switch enable/disable on any transport rule in the Exchange admin center.

  18. Custom Mail Tips based on headers

Lets say inbound email has failed SPF or DKIM check, we do not want to block those emails, today we have a rule to edit the email subject so end-user is aware of it.

what if instead of editing subject or body, i would have a rule to add custom header (Security: SPF-FAIL) on my mail relay, then i would have a transport rule:
if header Security: SPF-FAIL exist then add mail tip: "warning this email failed bla bla bla"

that would be great because now if i reply or forward this to external recipient he will not see my…

  19. Require TLS Fallback Automatically to OME

When sending e-mails out with sensitive content, we can currently use a Transport Rule to detect said content (Sensitive Info Types) and take an action. Would like to be able to create a transport rule that first does "Require TLS." However, if TLS is not supported by the receiving server, have Office 365 automatically fail back over to OME and send out the e-mail securely that way. With Require TLS, if the receiving server doesn't support TLS, the user has to wait to find out that their e-mail did not go through. They also have to resend the e-mail manually.…
