I want to receive a banner notification when I receive a chat from a specific person (favorite), i.e. my manager, whenever they post in a chat, Team, or send me a direct message. We can add contacts to our favorites, but I want to be notified with a banner when I receive a message from a "favorited" contact, so I never miss a message from my supervisor, manager, leadership, etc..3 votes

We added some toll free numbers but are only planning on giving them out to execs. By default, Teams enables that toll free number for every user. This means that after we assign the audio conference license, we need to set a reminder to look at the users account in the Teams admin center to turn off the toll free option.1 vote

This option in TEAMS Parameters is always flagged when TEAMS is started. So no way to set LYNC as default IM instead of TEAMS. You always have to start TEAMS, unflag this parameters before starting OUTLOOK if you need IM integration with Skype for Business.19 votes

Can't add external contacts on TEAMS CHAT CONTACTS GROUP if it's not added on Office 365 directory as a mail user or contact. We can chat with external users BUT for this version of Teams, we are limited to add External users under Favorites and can't manage them through Contact Groups. Not all users are admin access to add contacts on Office 365 directory. When will this functionality be added?85 votes

ALL Team / Skype related calls (single or conference) should go in that section Teams Admin Console>users>specific user>call history so that the call quality can be reviewed in one location. Right now only SOME of the skype calls are being recorded in this location. After speaking with support, they advised that only calls that are directly dialed in will populate here. If the user has selected the "Join Meeting" option in a Skype meeting calendar invite, the call will not register here and she couldn't tell me where it was being registered at so that I can review the different connections to that a specific conference call to see why some users were having issues. I don't want to have to gather logs and send them in every time we have a call quality issue.
