Please add a note to all Message Center notifications indicating whether or not the change\update may impact people with accessibility requirements.

If you turn on the message center notification setting, every message center post will be sent to your mailbox. This is too much. I want to set the message center notification preference for those are action required or major update to get less notifications in my inbox. So that we will be able to check important information that we really need to focus and quickly take an action.

This is even convoluted. You need human beings to talk to. It is a disgrace that you take money for the purchase of software and then it takes two hours and 20bcallsvyobfind a human being who will put you on hold and never come back. Shameful!

It would be nice to have a button or have control over which customers have a message centre email. If they want it disabling we can do it for them without having to explain or to login to their account to disable it.

Microsoft uses an email address with gibberish characters that users would think that it is a phishing email. I would like to have an ability to change the email or maybe change the email address to something that would have a proper email address.

The Admin should be able to disable to users ability to change their own email password.

It wood be a big help to have the " recall message" option even on web browser on outlook.

in 2020, you should be able to go to a login page for office 365 and have a drop down menu or listing of all your O365 accounts. You should be able to quickly choose which account you want open in a browser and have multiple accounts open at once. You should also be able to toggle back and forth between multiple accounts within each app. I have several O365 accounts:

personal, school, work, client-guest and client accounts. This is ridiculous that I struggle to find documents and revisions across so many one drive accounts

I had received an alert in the Message Centre 'Problem Detected: Unusual Activity by some of your users'. In this message it indicated that our subscription would be disabled for 60 days. I opened Case #:19721202 to inquire about what was going to be disabled, along with why the message did not indicate the users with the unusual activity.

As per the update from MS Support - the alert can be ignored and please log a User Voice so that this can be investigated further by the Product Engineering Team.

Currently admins have to login into the portal to check available license counts. I would be nice to create an alert when available licensing is less than 10. For example, I would enable the alert for F1, E3, E5, Power BI and audio conferencing.

Sometimes I found some messages are deleted without any communication and this makes us confused. If you have any outdated messages, please keep them in the message center dashboard with the note that why it became unpublished.

Currently, each admin needs to disable notification messages, Message Center Major Change Update Notification and the Weekly digest: Office 365 changes. It would be more convenient if a global admin can set both notifications to be disabled for all users at a time.
