How can we improve the tenant admin features O365?

  2. Service Health Dashboard accessible and personalized for all users

    Office 365 has a status page https://status.office365.com

    However, it only seems to be accessible for admin portal users.

    Request: make it accessible for all Office 365 users.
    After login, it shows affected services for logged in organization (including Teams, SharePoint...)

    Great examples are Azure and Azure DevOps's public status page & history:

    - https://status.dev.azure.com/

    - https://azure.microsoft

    Azure DevOps also provides a personalized dashboard.

    Also, the RSS feed for status changes is very useful to provide alerts.

    Business case: currently, only admins can access this information, which slows down troubleshooting and causes unneeded tickets.

  5. Need a recovery report

    A recovery report should be available

    障害が自動回復プロセスで復旧した場合も、問い合わせすることで、「いつ発生したか」「いつ回復したか」「原因は何か」のレポートが得られるようにしてほしい。

    For improvement of usability and manageability, the recovery report should be available upon request as to when did it happen/when did it fixed/RCA even when issues get fixed with auto recovery feature.

  6. Office365のパスワードの文字数「8~16文字」が制限で決まっており不便です

    パスワードポリシーを厳しくしたいので、ユーザーは10文字以上でないと設定できないようにしたいです。
    クラウドのみ使用の環境でもパスワードの文字数制限を変更できるようにしてほしいです。

  7. It is inconvenient because the number of characters "8-16 characters" of the password of Office 365 is fixed by the limit.

    I want to make the password policy strict, so I want to make it impossible for the user to set more than 10 characters.
    I want you to be able to change the password limit for passwords even in a cloud-only environment.

  9. Office 365 Service Health push notifications for the enterprise

    Lacking good enterprise-level monitoring and health of Office 365 services and applications that integrate into the current solutions. Specifically, a way to notify NOC agents regards to outages that impact overall business. Admin App doesn't work/push well (on Android, and crashes). Also, for obvious reasons, need to track SLAs and resolutions with customers based on when the enterprise is notified of outage/downtime.

  10. Dashboard of tenant health and session health

    I’d like to have a suggestion that we can have a portal or something similar, which will show our live tenant health and session health. I think it will be great to check our connections to SharePoint server when issues happen.

  11. Virtual PBX user licenses should be available to purchase for all Office 365 customers

    Skype for Business was available to everyone, so Virtual PBX functions for Office 365 should also be available to every subscriber level.

  12. Product teams should be making feedback easier

    Microsoft should have integrated User Voice feedback functions directly into every Office 365 app on every platform... AND Office 365 product teams should be paying attention to customer feedback provided on social media because customers do not always have ability to access User Voice from mobile device environments.

    In case of malware false positive, please provide information on the Service Health Dashboard to extract the email targeted for false positive.
    (Eg "The threat" column of "malware detection report" will be a specific malware name, etc.)

  18. Show Guest Activity in Reports

    Reports isn't an option from the dropdown. Why isn't Guest usage reported in the usage reports? We have a TON of Guests, and need to be able to track metrics. Seems like a huge oversight to only report on domain users.

    下記のような経緯があった為、エラーのようなものでは分かりづらいので、なぜ駄目なのかわかりやすいメッセージで表示してほしいです。
    <経緯>
    1. セキュリティ/コンプライアンス センターの、[検索と調査] - [コンテンツの検索] より、コンテンツ検索を実施すると、以下のメッセージ
    「タスクを実行できません。理由: No ResourceManager storage account is available in APAC to perform the action.」
    2. 検証をした結果、[Region] を指定していると、エラーが発生することを確認

    We get following error as searching contents >content search>search and investigation in security and compliance center
    Error: Cannot complete the task. Reason: No Resource Manager storage account is available in APAC to perform the action
    As we dig in, we found out that we got error because we specified Region. But just by looking at the error message shown, would not know the reason as…
