How can we improve the tenant admin features O365?

          A recovery report should be available

          障害が自動回復プロセスで復旧した場合も、問い合わせすることで、「いつ発生したか」「いつ回復したか」「原因は何か」のレポートが得られるようにしてほしい。

          For improvement of usability and manageability, the recovery report should be available upon request as to when did it happen/when did it fixed/RCA even when issues get fixed with auto recovery feature.

          • Office 365 Service Health push notifications for the enterprise

            Lacking good enterprise-level monitoring and health of Office 365 services and applications that integrate into the current solutions. Specifically, a way to notify NOC agents regards to outages that impact overall business. Admin App doesn't work/push well (on Android, and crashes). Also, for obvious reasons, need to track SLAs and resolutions with customers based on when the enterprise is notified of outage/downtime.

              • Show Guest Activity in Reports

                Reports isn't an option from the dropdown. Why isn't Guest usage reported in the usage reports? We have a TON of Guests, and need to be able to track metrics. Seems like a huge oversight to only report on domain users.

                  Office 365 has a status page https://status.office365.com

                  However, it only seems to be accessible for admin portal users.

                  Request: make it accessible for all Office 365 users.
                  After login, it shows affected services for logged in organization (including Teams, SharePoint...)

                  Great examples are Azure and Azure DevOps's public status page & history:

                  - https://status.dev.azure.com/

                  - https://azure.microsoft

                  Azure DevOps also provides a personalized dashboard.

                  Also, the RSS feed for status changes is very useful to provide alerts.

                  Business case: currently, only admins can access this information, which slows down troubleshooting and causes unneeded tickets.

                    下記のような経緯があった為、エラーのようなものでは分かりづらいので、なぜ駄目なのかわかりやすいメッセージで表示してほしいです。

                    1. セキュリティ/コンプライアンス センターの、[検索と調査] - [コンテンツの検索] より、コンテンツ検索を実施すると、以下のメッセージ
                    「タスクを実行できません。理由: No ResourceManager storage account is available in APAC to perform the action.」
                    2. 検証をした結果、[Region] を指定していると、エラーが発生することを確認

                    We get following error as searching contents >content search>search and investigation in security and compliance center
                    Error: Cannot complete the task. Reason: No Resource Manager storage account is available in APAC to perform the action
                    As we dig in, we found out that we got error because we specified Region. But just by looking at the error message shown, would not know the reason as…

                      Suite à l'installation d'une nouvelle licence Office365 sur un poste client neuf, nous avons eu un soucis d'activation du produit. Nous nous sommes rendu compte qu'il y a avait un problème d'intégrité des services liés au compte et qu'une "maintenance" serveur était en cause. Il serait bien que lorsque l'on se connecte à la plateforme portal.office.com qu'il un endroit en haut de la page ou on peux voir le statut du serveur sur lequel on tape, pour être au courant que si on télécharge le paquet et que l'on tente de l'installer à ce moment là, la'ctivation ne se fera…

                            ユーザーのO365へのアクセスに関して、管理機能を見たときに、ファイルやページに対しアクティビティを確認することはできますが、サインイン、サインアウトをユーザーごとに時間で確認する機能が無い。
                            早期に実装希望です。

                            In Office 365 admin center, we can see activity on files/pages but not login/logoff time. Allow viewing login/logoff time in Office 365 admin center.

                              • Send a notification to O365/SPO when there is an incident in any part of O365

                                I am proposing to add an alert me to the Admin center where the Admins of O365 will get notifications when there are incidents or Advisories. If we are notified we can let the business know what to expect.
                                Microsoft messed up an update causing major issues with SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Visual Studios Access. It caused very slow response time and our users were getting error messages when trying to access SPO, OD and VS.

                                • clear dirsync errors from dashboard

                                  within settings ---> dirsync errors, there is no way to clear out old errors that have been resolved. We also get weekly emails saying we have dirsync errors in which we do not have any current ones, rather it is a summary of old errors we have that makes us think we have current synchronization errors.                                   please add a way to clear out old errors from this dashboard.

                                    • Service Health (dashboard) alerts to be send via email

                                      Global Admin or any Distribution list be able to receive the service health dashboard summary or any major service outage alerts over the email.
                                      There has to be an option to subscribe to the alerts (old school SharePoint Lists alerts mechanism) providing an email. This functionality should be only permissible to Global Admin and can add up to 5 email addresses.
                                      This will reduce the over head of an Admin to keep going back to dashboard to be able to monitor health, Or if this needs to be assigned to a separate team (without exposing the Admin Center).

                                        Create rules for sender. to avoid the scanning for accounts in the same domain (same organization)
                                        e.g. I'm sending an email to my co-worker and I need to wait the scanning (for minutes) to receive the files attached.
