  1. Admin controls required for New Feature: SharePoint Auto Digest Email MC215356

    SharePoint auto digest email for SharePoint News is rolling out, but only the users themselves can unsubscribe. This is extremely inconvenient, we have customers who have thousands of users with active SPO licenses awaiting training and adoption activities. Their first introduction to SPO will now be a pointless weekly spam message from their new system.
    SharePoint News is not actively used in all tenants either, pushing the feature like this might be disruptive to adoption plans and governance established. Please provide admin control over this feature.

  2. Giving possibility to import and deploy Office 365 PowerPoint Forms Add-in in Office 365 Admin

    As per documentation to insert Forms in Office 365 Powerpoint, the administrator must set "Let users access the Office store".

    If you're trying to insert Forms in PowerPoint and at the same time your organization is blocked individual installation of Add-ins from Office Store, but there is no other way to allow using it, except allow users to use Office Store. Due to privacy, security or other reasons, it can't be done.

    Organizations haven't another way to install it via Office 365 Admin Console, for example, or as separate Add-in.
    The Idea is creating a separate add-in for Forms Button…

  3. Function to check if an update/change scheduled for release has been deployed on one’s tenant in Microsoft 365

    *English follows Japanese

    ■Title(件名):
    Microsoft 365 で自分のテナントでリリース予定の機能機能が現時点で展開されているか確認するための機能拡充
    Function to check if an update/change scheduled for release has been deployed on one’s tenant in Microsoft 365

    ■Description(内容):
    「全員に対象指定リリース」「特定のユーザーに対象指定リリース」を設定した場合に、自テナントに「どの先行リリースされた更新が適用されたか、適用されていないか」を現在確認する方法はない。
    ということは下記URLで記述されている「対象指定リリースの利点」での
    「新しい更新プログラムをテストおよび検証する。」ための前提条件が確定されないため下記公開情報の推奨する検証シナリオとして破綻していると感じています。
    https://docs.microsoft.com/ja-jp/microsoft-365/admin/manage/release-options-in-office-365?view=o365-worldwide

    上記より、Microsoft 365 全般を対象として、自分のテナントでリリース予定の機能機能が現時点で展開されているか確認するための機能の拡充を強く希望します。

    If you set “Targeted release for everyone”, “Targeted release for select users”, there is no way to check “which scheduled release been applied or not” for your tenant.
    This is not clear in the “Test and validate new updates before they are released to all the users in the organization” part of the “Benefits of Targeted release” in the link below, so it feels like the verification…

  4. Allow removal of yourself from CC field

    Everyone has those long email chains of which they do not wish to be a part of.
    We should have some feature where you can 'remove' yourself from CC so that the next 'reply all' email doesn't come to you anymore.

  5. Behavior when changing the “Hide the organization global address list” in the GUI

    *English follows Japanese

    ■Title(件名):
    GUI 上で ”組織のグローバル アドレス一覧で非表示にする” を変更した際の挙動について
    Behavior when changing the “Hide the organization global address list” in the GUI

    ■Description(内容):
    Microsoft 365 管理センター > [アクティブなグループ] にて ”組織のグローバル アドレス一覧で非表示にする” のチェックを入れて保存した際、48 時間経過しても設定が反映されていない動作を確認しました。
    その後、Windows PowerShell より同設定を実施したところ正常に反映したことを確認しておりますが、GUI 上より設定した際に設定が反映しない動作について、動作修正を要望します。

    If you check the “Hide the organization global address list” option in the Microsoft 365 admin center, under “active groups”, it does not take effect for over 48 hours.
    Also, if you set the same setting in PowerShell, you can check that it has been applied. Please make it so that setting it in the GUI works correctly.

  6. Flagged emails in Shared mailbox not visible in Tasks in Outlook (desktop version)

    I hope to get this feature or function implemented, wherein flagged emails in Shared mailbox to show up in Tasks in Outlook. Currently when we flag emails in the Shared mailbox we don't see it under Tasks, even the flagged emails in the regular mailbox don't show up.

    We hope to have this considered and implemented...

  7. Disable the feature that is mentioned in MC213897

    We would like to disable the feature that a user who is blocked from purchasing self-service purchase product will be able to submit a request to be unblocked.
    We already determined that our organization doesn’t let users utilize the self-service purchase service. But if users submit the request to unblock in each time, Admins will have more work. We need to disable the feature so that Admins could reduce his task.

  8. Allow Project tile to be disabled in app launcher with E5 license

    Users with an E5 license cannot have the Project tile disabled because they only have a read-only license to Project. We want to remove the tile from our user's app launcher because they only have read-only. Seeing the tile can cause user's to think they have a proper Project license. Currently the only way to disable the project tile is to have a project license.

  9. Allow duplicate emails in Exchange

    Allow exchange to receive duplicate emails. By default, the message will be delivered only once even if it has the same mailbox as a recipient twice but it would be helpful to be able to receive duplicate emails in exchange even if it has the same mailbox as a recipient twice (such as individually and sent to a Gmail account which has a forwarding rule to the exchange account). This is to verify that the email sent on Gmail was received without logging in to the Gmail

  10. Allow sending as Alias address

    The user should be able to edit the FROM address in Outlook and send an e-mail message as any of the aliases associated with the user mailbox.
    .
    Many other e-mail providers allow this, and Office 365 should also offer it as a possibility.
    .
    .
    Workaround Distribution List:
    If you want the user to send from an alias, but receive answers in their own mailbox, then you must create a Distribution List (DL) and add the alias address to it. Then provide "send as" permission to the user.
    .
    This is too complicated, hard to manage and keep track…

  12. Add Groups to Channels in Stream

    I want to be able to add (and remove) groups to Microsoft Stream channels instead of only being able to add channels to groups. My groups change yearly, but my videos/channels do not. I want to create content based channels that I can then share with my ever-changing groups.

  15. Donner la possibilité de restaurer un agenda

    Suite à un incident technique, un utilisateur a perdu son agenda, il serait intéressant d'avoir la possibilité de restaurer un agenda à une date antérieure.

  16. Implement a feature that disable the Welcome message of Office 365 Groups (UnifiedGroupWelcomeMessageEnabled) by default

    This is because the value of UnifiedGroupWelcomeMessageEnabled can be changed after creating Office 365 Groups.
    So, we would like to request to implement a feature that can disable it with organization settings by default. And it would be also great if the Welcome message can be disabled when creating a new Office 365 Group.

  17. Document feature gaps for Partner Portal Delegate Access

    As described in many cases, many services and features for a tenant cannot be managed using partner portal delegate access.

    As bare minimum, we need proper documentation of coverage differences, so we can know which items are accessible from the portal and which require us to login using a tenant's admin account. We have wasted time with MS Support and internally because no documentation exists for this.

  18. Enable complete Teams Admin from Partner Portal Delegate access

    Several items are missing when logging in through partner center delegated access vs direct in the Teams admin center using a tenant's account. ‘Phone Numbers’ and ‘Direct Routing’ are missing when going through partner center, not shown below even under voice. Policy Packages & Analytics are missing as well.

    At bare minimum, we need proper documentation of coverage differences, so we can know which items are accessible where. We wasted time with MS Support and internally because no documentation exists for this.

  19. Hide Microsoft List tiles from Office 365 Portal

    We want to hide the Lists app tiles from the Office 365 portal so that they are only available from each service, as it is confusing for users to know which services are using the lists.

  20. Exchange Online Powershell with Service Principal

    I'd like to run the exchange online powershell with a service principal. The use case is easy - we're running a background service setting some specific configuration on user mailboxes and don't want to use an admin account for that. It's sad this is not on the graph directly possible but at least make SPNs available for use with Exchange Powershell.
