  1. Allow -BlockConversationFromFederatedContacts feature for Client Policies within SfB Online

    We utilise this feature within OnPremise client policies to allow for direct SfB outbound communications. We now have to revert to "Allowed Domains" which makes management a complete headache. Given this purely client side as it simply blocks incoming IMs from external sources I see no reason why this flag should not be available within SfB Online as well.

  2. Better Call Reporting for Cloud PBX Phone System Calling

    Since switching to Skype for Business Phone System for my organization I have been needing some comprehensive call reports but I find the data is not available with the current dashboard reporting options. Here are some data points I would need to have better call reporting.

    Total Calls Received
    Total Calls Made
    Call Duration
    Ring Time before call answered
    Total calls not answered
    Total calls placed on hold
    Total Hold time
    Total Calls Transferred
    Transferred to where?

  3. Activate calling plans in Switzerland

    would be great if Swiss Customers could call PSTN numbers by Skype for Business. Right now it is only possible to have service numbers...

  5. Control the number of rings (or the amount of time in seconds) for incoming calls using Skype PSTN services before they go to voicemail.

    Need to be able to extend the amount of time or rings of the incoming Skype PSTN phone call before it goes to voicemail or forwarding. Just not enough time to get to the call sometimes, especially when using Skype app on the cell.

  6. Add The Ability For Administrators to Change a Skype For Business User's Outbound Caller ID

    I would really like for the ability to specify Outbound Caller ID. Lacking this feature (and a few others) is preventing us from using Skype For Business to replace some of our client's current PBX platforms.

    I am sure that Microsoft wants to have a larger PBX market share and hope they will soon give us the ability to request CNAM database changes in their PBX.

    Cellular service providers allow clients to make these changes when logged into their web portals, so Microsoft could do the same in the admin portal.

  7. delete microsoft team conversation

    It is better to manage the conversation of Microsoft Team. I suggest we could delete conversation or we could remove at least the member of conversation.

  8. Call queue sequential or round robin ring to agents

    I need to be able to route incoming calls to a call queue in cloud pbx to the agents in the distribution list sequentially and/or to the longest idle agent in the queue. Ringing all agents at the same time does not work very well in our business environment.
    Option 1. Simultaneously ring every agent in the distribution list. Already the only option!
    Option 2. Ring the agents in the order they are listed in the distribution list. This would allow for a skills based ring scheme.

  9. Skype for Business - Set Caller ID Functions in Admin Portal

    There's documentation on how to set the Caller ID options via PowerShell, yet some of the documentation is out of date and not as thorough as it should be. The problem with it is that it's complicated and confusing for simple options that should be available in the Portal under Skype for Business Admin. Most customers wanting to set Caller ID options like Anonymous or a Service Number will not want to use PowerShell for these when it's confusing and complicated to even get a connection to run the proper cmdlets.   10. Ability to update Organization Profile including Country/Region

    Inadvertently the engineer who setup the account mis-configured the country/region when setting up and we need to change it. I gather the only option is to migrate to a newly created tenant and there are lot's of challenges associated with it. Instead for genuine cases like us, Microsoft should put in place a process to validate and change the region without need for migration to new tenant hassles. The services and subscription on account are basic/common which are available across all regions.

  11. skype for business online 911 call alert email to administrator

    It would be nice and helpful if when someone is using Skype for Business Cloud PBX and calls 911 that an email notification can be sent to an specified email address when a 911 call is made. Our current phone system has that feature and is very helpful as someone can go check on that user while waiting for emergency services to be onsite.

  12. Ability to change "Lobby" music

    When a user is waiting to be admitted into the meeting/conference call they hear music and it has pauses in it which gives the idea they have been disconnected. Allow admins to be able to customize what users listen to while waiting to join the meeting.

  13. Add group call pickup key combinations to Skype for Business Online

    In Skype for Business Server 2015 you could assign key combinations to allow remote call pickup using some powershell scripts as described here https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/canitpro/2016/03/09/step-by-step-configuring-group-call-pickup-in-skype-for-business/ could this be migrated to the Online environment?

  14. Allow shared mailboxes to apply to Skype for Business

    My IT team has just implemented Skype for Business. We would really like to be able to allow people to send a skype for business message to Helpdesk@ourcompany.domain and have it reach our help desk team as a whole, with the current login they are already using. that way the first available tech can grab the response, video call etc.

  15. Request to add SRV records hosted on Microsoft Office 365 cloud side

    Since we have the choice to set up personal domain and add DNS records hosted on Microsoft Office 365 cloud side, we request to add all the SRV records hosted on cloud side. But there is no options to do that. Please improve the products and make it possible to verify all the DNS records hosted on Office 365 side but not public DNS host provider side. Thanks.

  16. Office 365 Groups automatically populate in Skype for Business as Contact Groups

    Office 365 Groups that we build/maintain in Office 365 should show up as "Contacts Lists" in Skype for Business with all of the members inside these groups. This would help user adoption as users wouldn't need to set up a bunch of unique groups (that basically mirror our Office 365 Groups anyway). As well, it will help navigate large lists of personnel.

  18. Allow Default Time Zone to be set in Skype Web Schedule

    Currently the Skype Web Scheduler chooses the default time zone based on the computer you are logged into. The problem is it only gets the offset (ie -5:00) and not the actual time zone. So, if you are set to Eastern Time for instance, Web Scheduler just sees -5:00 and picks the first time zone in this offset, in this case Indiana. This poses a problem as Indiana and Eastern Time (or other time zones in this offset) don't follow the same DST rules.
