    It is better to manage the conversation of Microsoft Team. I suggest we could delete conversation or we could remove at least the member of conversation.

  2. Sort Skype for business (Lync) GROUPS alphabetically. Omitted over many revisions, especially for business.

    I have many thousands in my company and interact with individuals mainly by their groups, so as people leave or join the company, my Lync groups content changes. This makes group names my hierarchical focus when I need to contact a resource. To have to look up and down a list of 50 unsorted group names each time, for the specific group I need, so as to contact a resource, is a pain without alphabetical sorting.   3. Skype for Business - Set Caller ID Functions in Admin Portal

    There's documentation on how to set the Caller ID options via PowerShell, yet some of the documentation is out of date and not as thorough as it should be. The problem with it is that it's complicated and confusing for simple options that should be available in the Portal under Skype for Business Admin. Most customers wanting to set Caller ID options like Anonymous or a Service Number will not want to use PowerShell for these when it's confusing and complicated to even get a connection to run the proper cmdlets.   4. External Forward in Skype for Business Autoattendant

    Please provide the ability to forward Auto attendant and call queue calls to an external number.

    Reasoning: If a queue is not answered within 15 seconds, we would like to forward the call to a "call answering service" or mobile phone number.

  5. Monthly invoices sent to email in PDF format

    To have all the monthly invoices sent to the users email in PDF format instead of always having to login to the portal just to get a invoice.

  7. Skype - Communication credits to act as a calling plan

    For the users to be able to perform calls to PSTN lines from Skype for Business, we need a skype license, a phone system license and calling plan license including a bunch of minutes. For some users, this amount of minutes is way too much (and implicitly all the licenses combined is too expensive).

    It would be so great that Microsoft enable "Communication credits" to be used to perform domestic and/or international calls without the needs of another calling plan.

  9. Can't add external contacts on TEAMS CHAT CONTACTS GROUP if it's not added on Office 365 directory as a mail user or contact.

    Can't add external contacts on TEAMS CHAT CONTACTS GROUP if it's not added on Office 365 directory as a mail user or contact. We can chat with external users BUT for this version of Teams, we are limited to add External users under Favorites and can't manage them through Contact Groups. Not all users are admin access to add contacts on Office 365 directory. When will this functionality be added?

  10. Office 365 Groups automatically populate in Skype for Business as Contact Groups

    Office 365 Groups that we build/maintain in Office 365 should show up as "Contacts Lists" in Skype for Business with all of the members inside these groups. This would help user adoption as users wouldn't need to set up a bunch of unique groups (that basically mirror our Office 365 Groups anyway). As well, it will help navigate large lists of personnel.

  11. Allow Contact Groups in Skype for Business to be sorted alphabetically & to toggle between manual and default sort (alphabetically).

    I have created many contact groups in Skype for Business and I want to be able to resort them all alphabetically to save time searching through my whole list to find a group. I know I can currently move the groups manually into the order I want them, but with 40 + groups, that will take a long time, time I don't have to spend while working in a call center environment.

    There is a regkey value for Communicator (HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Communicator\<SIP URI>\GroupStateCacheU\SortGroups REG_BINARY) which can be deleted to set sort order back to default. I attempted to delete this value for…

  12. Allow Default Time Zone to be set in Skype Web Schedule

    Currently the Skype Web Scheduler chooses the default time zone based on the computer you are logged into. The problem is it only gets the offset (ie -5:00) and not the actual time zone. So, if you are set to Eastern Time for instance, Web Scheduler just sees -5:00 and picks the first time zone in this offset, in this case Indiana. This poses a problem as Indiana and Eastern Time (or other time zones in this offset) don't follow the same DST rules.   14. Hide shared mailboxes from the Skype contact list

    We use shared mailboxes in O365 and have set the Exchange property "Hide from address lists" to false for some of those. However, when we use the "Find someone" box in Skype for Business, these hidden mailboxes still appear in the list. Is there anyway to hide them from Skype?

  16. Call queue sequential or round robin ring to agents

    I need to be able to route incoming calls to a call queue in cloud pbx to the agents in the distribution list sequentially and/or to the longest idle agent in the queue. Ringing all agents at the same time does not work very well in our business environment.
    Option 1. Simultaneously ring every agent in the distribution list. Already the only option!
    Option 2. Ring the agents in the order they are listed in the distribution list. This would allow for a skills based ring scheme.

  17. Default Policy Assignment in Skype for Business Online

    When a new user or a migrated user is created for Skype for Business. The user is assigned specific policies; which provide them with all the features as shown below:

    MobilityPolicy : MobilityEnableOutsideVoice
    ConferencingPolicy : BposSAllModality
    ExternalAccessPolicy : FederationAndPICDefault

    However on-premise when a new user is created; they're given the "Global" policy by default which is usually the most basic access/restrictive you want anyone in the business to have.

    This is not the case online, instead it's the opposite; coupled with the fact that the "Global" policy is the only one we can actively change; it seems counterintuitive that "Global"…

  18. Add group call pickup key combinations to Skype for Business Online

    In Skype for Business Server 2015 you could assign key combinations to allow remote call pickup using some powershell scripts as described here https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/canitpro/2016/03/09/step-by-step-configuring-group-call-pickup-in-skype-for-business/ could this be migrated to the Online environment?
