Message Centre Alerts - False positive and incomplete information
Hi,
I had received an alert in the Message Centre 'Problem Detected: Unusual Activity by some of your users'. In this message it indicated that our subscription would be disabled for 60 days. I opened Case #:19721202 to inquire about what was going to be disabled, along with why the message did not indicate the users with the unusual activity.
As per the update from MS Support - the alert can be ignored and please log a User Voice so that this can be investigated further by the Product Engineering Team.

From Message Center Create a Task for Followup
From the message center have a button/quick form that creates a Task for followup to that item.

The new Admin Center needs previous/next buttons. I want to be able to click through the messages without having to dismiss them, and without having to close one, open the other. I do not plan to switch to the new Admin Center until this capability exists in the message center.

Allow management of 'Message Center Preferences' users who have been terminated
When an administrator leaves due to separation, the account is disabled, either automatically remove automated email messages, or allow global admin access to edit the preferences of other admins.

Enable automatic translation feature for MC posts of Prevent or fix issues
In Message center, although we select our language preference as Japanese and turn the automatic translation switch on, messages which are categorized as Prevent or fix issues won’t be translated. On the other hand, other category posts are translated, so it would be great that all posts are translated. Then users could immediately understand the messages.

Add block and unblock account to Help Desk Office 365 admin role
Please either add the capability of blocking or unblocking accounts to the Help Desk Role or create a new role so that block and unblock accounts is possible without adding a higher privelege role like User Admin.

I would like the Message Trace feature to be able to view the body of the email it has found, plain text will be enough.

Michrosoft Office 365 Room Booking: Push-back email "You booking request is rejected" to mark red
I suggest that a push-back email "You room booking request is REJECTED" (when the room is already taken by someone else) needs to be marked red. As of now it looks no different from the "Your room booking request is ACCEPTED" email and people do not usually notice that "system" emails at all and therefore do not notice that the booking didn't go through. Even thought the room booking is rejected, it still remains in the work calendar, that's why people do not bother double-checking and do not expect any troubles. Notify admins when Volume License Service Center is troubled
Troubles in Volume License Service Center is not displayed in Service health dashboard or Message Center.
Admins who has access to Volume License Service Center should get some kind of notification when Volume License Service Center is troubled.

Get notification when a user is added to a particular O365 group
Send an email alert when a user is added to a particular O365 group as member. Whether the user is added by an owner of that group or by an admin in exchange. We will have to create an O365 group with very sensitive documents. There's nothing in the alerts right now that can notify us every time.

Message Center Role - should display only relevant information
The users get access to a lot more information than they need in the Admin Center, e.g. the User-list, Groups and Billing/Licenses. It would be great if this role only get access to the message center, nothing more. They can't actually do anything - but they shouldn't be allowed to see this information either in my opinion as it confuses the users more than neccessary.

Have phone contact number as optional in service request
The phone contact number is mandatory field but I don't always want to be called by Microsoft, or called in 15-20 minutes after submitting a service request. Email is perfectly sufficient. Can we have the option to NOT give a telephone number or the ability to mark the service request with our contact preference as email or phone?

Message Center - Users at Risk
In the message center, when I get notified that users at risk, it provides the list of users in Azure that are at risk. The problem is that it does not provide any details on why the users are at risk. There is no definitive details. If you are going to provide the following users that are at risk, also provide the details right below the user listed why they are at risk. And also provide an icon, whether the details is either critical or just informational with a link to reference possible fix.

I want to get an automatic email notification when a new build of Current channel or Deferred Channel of office 365 is released by Microsoft.
