How can we improve the tenant admin features O365?

  1. View licenses by office location

    Add a custom view in the Users admin view in O365 to filter by office location.

    Group licensing is a great step forward here, but this would be helpful as well.

  4. service health panel

    The new format for the service health panel is not good. I need to see at a glance from the dashboard which services are experiencing problems. Please put it back the way it was.

  5. how about telling us how many users are in a view?

    when you open Admin>Users>Active Users I would like to know how many active users there are. is that a really really tough thing to show? you know, like a number at the bottom? and if you have a programmer with more than basic skill maybe you could even put a number at the bottom of a view so that I can know how many people are in a view? I apologize for tasking you with something difficult but I notice the exchange dept tells me how many mailboxes there are so maybe you could ask them for help with this?…

  7. Make it possible to export Health information

    In order to be able to reuse the health information in internal reporting it would be beneficial to be able to export the information.

  8. ability to view service health cross tenant outages

    We are a global company
    Our tenant is held in the US but apparenlty it does not give us the abiltiy to view service health outages in the EU or other areas
    We had a recent issue where some of our sites in the EU were down due to an 'Outlook disconnect' issue which was reported on EU tenant O365 portals, but because our tenant is held in the US we could not see it as we only can see outages for US. The crazy thing is the Microsoft support team in India had no visibility into this issue either…

  10. Display only relative information

    Whenever a 3rd party vendor is used, there is no need to display upgrade information if it is not relative to the user's configuration. For example - On the dashboard, it displayed Directory sync client version - Upgrade to the latest version of Azure AD Connect. But we are not using DirSync, but a Microsoft partner implementation. Instead the vendor's name or details could be display, as this is available within the admin center - indicating another tool was being used for AD syncing, and no action is required. 0365 Administrators would otherwise think that they would have to action…

  11. Add a tile for the SharePoint site usage

    In the new reports there are tiles for Yammer, Email, Onedrive, Skype and Office activation's. How come no tile for SharePoint? This would be great and would allow us to see SharePoint usage and trend at a glance

    When I copy the service incident information from service health in Office 365 to print the information out, the layout of the forms will be collapsed. Also, there is no feature to print out the Service Incident information, so I hope you to add the feature to print the information as needed.

  15. Publish Customer Satisfaction Rate

    Would be nice to have Microsoft Publish Customer Satisfaction Rate with Office 365 support broken down by products, like Exchange Online, Office, etc. I have asked various Microsoft reps for that and got no answer.

  16. New O365 Admin Centre Report Interface

    Not all of the reports are available in the new style O365 Admin Centre. Will all of the same reports be avialble when the switch to the new style takes place ? If not, how can we access the reports that are missing, e.g. Active vs Inactive Mailboxes ?

  17. Health Centre

    Explain what the end user experience would be as a result of service outage. Enough with the Technical babble that some IT engineers find overly difficult explaining to their superiors. Do this and watch the number of service request drop significantly

  18. Mobile Apps reporting

    Is it possible for the 'Reporting' feature of the O365 portal to include reports on users mobile devices( e.g. iphone/ipad) that have accessed OneDrive/SharePoint at any point in time?

    Ideally something that works out the unique logins to OneDrive/SharePoint from a users device.

  20. Provide information on SHD to extract the email targeted for false positive.

    In case of malware false positive, please provide information on the Service Health Dashboard to extract the email targeted for false positive.
    (Eg "The threat" column of "malware detection report" will be a specific malware name, etc.)
