  1. View feature release dates

Companies need to know when new Office 365 features will be rolled out and available.

I'd propose an addition to the Admin dashboard to allow Office 365 company administrators to see two sets of dates:

    1. When features will be available for users with advanced access

    2. When the company will receive these features rolled out to all users

I'd suggest these are visible as a table with one release per row, where a row shows the name of the release, a brief description and a release date. A link to a page with more information would be really useful as well.

  2. I hope for a way to view the information for just Microsoft Graph API changes

I hope for a way to view the information for just Microsoft Graph API changes

    ■Description(内容):
    Microsoft Graph API ログの動作変更が行われる場合、事前に確認したいが、ロードマップや、メッセージ センターは情報量が多くまた、英語表記であるため作業コストが高くなる。
    Microsoft Graph API の情報に限定されていて、かつ日本語で情報を確認できるコンテンツを用意してほしい。
I want to know beforehand whenever something is changed for Microsoft Graph API logs, but there is just too much information listed in the roadmaps and message center, and everything being listed in English makes operation costs expensive.
I hope that a way to view just Microsoft Graph API information will be implemented, and make it so that it can be viewed in the Japanese language.

  4. Two email address for technical contact in O365 organization profile

Can you provide option to add two email address for technical contact in O365 organization profile. As we also need notification for Dir sync status and other major updates shared by MS. It would be helpful if we can add two technical contact mail ID's like one s for client purpose and one ID is for us as we also manage & Support O365 for clients.

  6. Notification status on Office 365 admin center  and 0365 Service Health are inconsistent

Notification status on Office 365 admin center and 0365 Service Health are Inconsistent.

Notification Publishing Time are Inconsistent on both the Places.
The O365 Admin Center notification was published as an advisory, while the issue was a global outage. This could be misleading and could create delay in end user communication by IT.

    Reproducible steps:

    1. Click on internet Explorer

    2. Login to 0365 admin Portal https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home?rc=1#/servicehealth.

    3. With your 0365 Admin credentials

    4. You will see Incidents/ Advisories where it will shows the details of the degraded/Interrupted services.

    5. Click on any service which is disrupted.

    6. Pop up will open with the issue…

  7. Want to see incidents for the past one year

We would like to see incident history for the past one year rather than past 30 days that we can currently see.
We would like to check the trend of incidents or review the alternate methods when an incident occurs to address it with our customer.

  8. Publish communication on on-going fix deployment for targeted tenant in Service Health Dashboard

I would like you to share information on bugs which is already addressed by fix especially when it impacts my tenant. That kind of information isn’t disclosed in M365 Service Health Dashboard, but I would like to know how it’s progressing when the issue potentially affects my tenant.

Show logon history in Office 365

  14. False positive Service Incidents should not be removed without trace from Service Health centre list

False positive Service Incidents should not be removed without trace from Service Health list.

    Reference SI: EX198145

SI was removed from Service Health list after being marks as 'False positive'. This affected tracking of the SI that was registered with our users.

SI should be kept in history of past SI list to ensure traceability

  15. Controlling Service Health notification mail by its severity

We get incident information mails in Service Health, but we cannot determine how serious the incidents are by only looking at the contents.
If you could rate incidents’ severity, such as Low, Middle, High, it is more understandable for admins. Also, it would be great if admin could set the notification level according to the severity by setting threshold.

  18. Add a 'Share' button to Service Health articles

Make it easier for admins to notify their users of health issues which may affect their service. Add a share button to each article which allows them to send the summary to affected users.

  19. Creating Service Request

When creating service requests, it is sometimes confusing which category we should choose.
It would be better if there is brief description of each category or we can see the list of [Symptom] on the first page.
    https://portal.office.com/support/support.aspx
    * [Symptom] : you can see this section after the first page.

    <Background>
e.g. the customer wanted to ask questions about Powershell the other day, but could not find a proper section.
After moved to the second page and clicked [Symptom], there was no choice of Powershell, so had to go back to the first page.

  20. Include more information in the M365 Service Health notifications

M365 Service Health Notifications ( MC192283 / Roadmap ID 24231 ) is handy feature. But the information at these email notifications is very scarce. It would be great to be included and info from the "Latest message" section. For future improvements of this feature - it would be great also to receive alerts not only for "Status changes", but for every message posted at the incident/advisory.
