  1. Department and Subject Area Display

    A person's specific department and subject area should be included in their title and profile so you know where someone sits, as just indicating something like paralegal or General Counsel is not helpful. Examples -- Legal Regulatory, Privacy; Litigation, Employment; Commercial Legal Operations, Nutrition, Adult Therapeutic; Intellectual Property, Trademarks, Pediatrics.

  2. Include OHR ID in Employee details

    Please include OHR ID for employees as well. At times we need to share OHR ID of employee for internal purposes, & in this case it will be helpful

  3. it's only possible to see some of the people in the chart, it shut be possible to see all

    need to see the whole organisation chart not only a few employees from the department

  4. It's better to include ALPS ID also of an individual in the profile.

    Earlier, we used to find ALPS ID of an individual employee and now it is not visible, please include the same.

    Below the picture of an employee on who is who, you can see the contact information. Would be nice if the team/role of the person is shown here as well

    Search doesn't recognise "&". Delve search doesn't seem to be able to handle & as part of a search character. Instead recommendations are to remove the character and replace it with a space.

    I am able to see the number of views for documents, but I am unable to see which user viewed and the time. Please let me know if I am able to find this information. Thanks

  12. Better org chart on Delve

    Many people are asking for this! the information is there from the employee cards, use the same interface to display the org chart in Delve.
    For large org it is nice to expand to the entire page. Search by name.
    All is there, just need to link the pieces.

  13. Suggestion: When fedback is submitted, Should provide a response that it is submitted and preferably when to expect action in case of issue.

    The feedback suggestions as well as issues should be responded and with probable resolution time frame. The response may be by SMS or email or alternate email.

  19. Ability to add/remove info on Intranet users profile by postroom staff

    Staff who work in post room should be able to change/update Intranet users profile as they know peoples location, postal points, team names, etc. Some info is incorrectly uploaded or there is no info at all and the users don't know how to update it or they are not able to do it.

  20. Email availability times.

    Enter times you are available via email. For example, a snooze alert that lets people know I am at a conference and will respond later in the day. Or I am sleeping and will respond when I wake up. Different than a vacation message more like an indicator of communication expectations. Like I am driving for the next four hours don't expect me to respond.
