Please allow administrators customization abilities to show more employee information on the Delve People Profile pages. Such as any of the Active Directory fields (e.g. mobile phone, work start date, etc.).

It is imperative that SharePoint Online allows admins to select which use profile fields show or not. We need granular control of the user profile page and the ability to easily sync custom fields from AD to the SPO user profile.
Currently Delve/SPO does not allow us to have a comprehensive user directory like we have with out Intranet in SP2010 on premise.
I can not understand why some of the basic AD attributes are not by design integgrated in Delve. e.g. Company, Country, Mobile, Function these are Information that are essential in in user query search. Pls. help to improve this part of Office 365

We are currently working on surfacing some of the fields that were most frequently asked for : mobile and home phone, hire date and assistant. This should roll out in a matter of couple of weeks.
