Admin Access to User Regional and Language Settings
We have a couple of challenges that we are facing.
1: Sharepoint Calendar
This time zone default for for our sites displays in Mountain Standard Time. When an event is created there could be employees from various regions accessing the event. If the correct time zone is not listed in their own Delve profile then they will see the event in Mountain Standard Time. In Delve it appears this is something each user has to manually set based on the current info I can see.
2: Microsoft Learning Pathways Site
There are web parts on most pages of this site that the is content delivered and maintained by Microsoft. This is a multi language site (English, Spanish, and Portuguese). The web parts should display in a person's default language based on the Delve default settings. I want to ensure that I document this as Delve appears to have a few examples already where it's driving information within SharePoint.
So basically, we need a way to set a users timezone and default language in Delve. It would be really nice if this could be set based on a users location and country from AD but failing that then powershell access to a users language and timezone settings would work.
