Should be able to add a preferred name and pronouns.
Pretty self explanatory; make it more accessible for trans people. Since contact name cannot be modified, add another field for people's chosen names, and a field to display their pronouns.

Yes, it is important to add pronouns to our signatures.

At our Fortune 500 company, we are deeply disappointed that with recent changes Yammer will no longer allow users to display pronouns. This is contrary to our diversity and inclusion initiatives.

It would be great to have a preferred pronoun and name field, which could be optional, to be more accepting and accessible. Make sure not to restrict it to solely he/him and she/her, perhaps also have a they/them option and an "other" option with an input, or just make it a free response box. Additionally, an option to display the preferred name instead of the contact name, or perhaps just besides it, would be good.

Would like to see these fields float to O365 and ultimately be available in Microsoft Outlook as well.
