Show an advanced search option
To improve Delve, it would help to add and show an "advanced search" setting when in the search bar.

Example: Searching for "King's College London" brings back every document that includes the word "college". There are rather a lot of institutions with college in their name and most of them aren't even in London.
Please add the ability search for a phrase in quotes.
For advanced searches: Filter by level, group, account, or location. Sort results alphabetically. Allow Boolean searches (using AND, NOT, and OR). Search for skills and experience (e.g., Skills includes JSON, Experience includes United States Army)
I already voted. I will promote this to our AE.

Improve the advanced search engine
Maybe put some IA in it to provide more relevant results
the scope would be to retrieve domains of competence, skills, projects doneby,...., persons with profiles in Delve
A further step could be automated filling of profiles with public professional information - such as those from LinkedIn for the trainings and skills.

I agree that advanced search options would increase value of Delve a lot.
In addition to basix search functions such as "", +, hashtag etc., it would be great to have a filtered or multiple-step search to be able to search for experts and organization within the company. Because ppl can fill in their skills and expertise in their profile, but one cannot search specifically for this expertise. Often ppl are not looking for names in their company, they are looking for an SME.
Please let us know if you plan this!
This is a good idea. Delve is good but we cannot efficiently search in people profile (ex: by site, by organisation...)

Yes, we need this advanced search in Delve! E.g. for finding people with same skills in same department/organisation AND/OR same location AND/OR with same job title AND/OR any metadata used in Delve search today in unitary mode... Can someone from Microsoft Product Group tell us if this is being considered? Thanks!
Great idea, would definately help me get around more!
