Enable Delve for specific users/groups only
Currently Delve can only be enabled/disabled on a tenant-wide basis. We would like the ability to enable Delve for specific users/groups only, to allow for a more phased introduction/rollout.
This is so critical, I cannot believe it's been two years and not yet implemented. We were about to import our parent accounts into Azure AD before we realized that with absolutely NO Office 365 licensing, a parent could search Delve and find teacher contact details along with all sorts of student attributes. We've avoided a huge data breach here...
Students and employees in the same tenant. Need to hide students personal information, but see all the advantages having one tenant. Teachers are both employees and have benefits from one tenant.
We have students and employees in the same tenant, need to hide the students personal information and documents from Delve and SP searches due to GDPR regulations!
We would like this feature so that we can test some impact or certain teams and employees before deploying en masse.
needs to allow more control to evaluate before rolling out to the users
Institutions of Higher Ed must have the ability to suppress individuals from appearing in searches and Delve.
Having an 'all or nothing' approach for Delve is counter productive. Graph behaves in a similar manner.
Add granularity and allow the Admin's to delegate access. If this cannot be provided yet, then take it down until it is.
GDPR will be active in approximately 6 months. It will come around fast
This has now become a absolute vital need for all organisations dealing with GDPR! We are trying to host site collections that includes external users. Through delve they search and find every single user in the whole Office 365 directory, getting the organisational structure and all the contact information of everyone up to CEO level.
How are we suppose to motivate that these users have access to all this data - both to our organisation and to the EU?
More granular controls for Delve is now a question of compliance with EU law.
need to phase the rollout
Needed to limit its use in certain countries where it is not approved

We need this feature to test out the functionality before we rollout
