  1. Ability to remove disabled users from Org Charts

Currently Delve displays a person on the org chart if they have a valid account and the manager is set. It gets its data from AD and Azure AD and funnels that through SP Online to get generated.

The issue is that newly disabled people are not removed from the org chart. For instance we mark an employee as disabled, remove their licensing and ensure access is blocked. Even with this done, a departed employee will display on the org chart. How Microsoft support suggested to fix it - ManagerID, but for OneDrive Notifications and rights transfers we cannot remove…

  3. Choose which properties display on pers

Allow admin to choose which properties are displayed in person info card. We added two custom properties-Extension number and business unit. When I view my own profile, delve allows me to click 'Contact info' and then view these two under Additional Information section. However when I see Delve page of any other user, there is no Contact Information link and there is no option to see the Additional info section. My company has decided to disable Office graph but I think by default Delve should display all user profile properties that are marked as visible to everyone.

Thanks for your feedback! Just a note to let you know that we’re working hard to improve the current experience. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  5. The cover photo on Delve pages should be able to be changed to something company relevant and branded.

The Delve cover page on a user profile page should be more in line with a company's brand. As it stands right now; the cover page for Delve is a mountain range; which is not indicative of the company brand at all and is hard-coded into the styling.

We’ve implemented the ability for end users to change the background image, chosen by a set of pre-defined images.

  6. Editing a board title (including deletion)

We should be able to edit the name of the board. What if its created with a typo?

...which leads me to my next point...you should be able to delete a board that is no longer relevant, used, etc.

  7. If a user's email address is marked "Hide from address lists", it should be hidden in Delve too.

Some users may not want their email address visible to all employees, so Delve should take into account whether or not their address is set to "Hide from address lists" in Exchange.

  8. Faster Updating in Delve

Update the document cards and boards more frequently. Lots of our users complain about this and it is hurting adoption.

We’re currently working on improving the overall performance in Delve. This should be noticeable to all customers in the next few months.

  9. Ability to disable the "Message", "Call" and "Email" buttons on the about me profile page

All three of these buttons are problematic in that they invoke external applications: Lync/SfB, Default OS UC Client, and Outlook respectively. With browsers increasingly securing these sorts of callouts the buttons are problematic and induce a lot of scary security dialogs on first click. Not a great experience.

Further - for customers that are not 100% Softphone or Lync Voice shops - the "Call" button is 100% useless.

We need the ability to disable these in our tenant as the user experience is problematic for all but 100% Microsoft OS, Microsoft Voice shops. Either that or the Delve team should…

  10. Boards for iOS

For the iOS app I would love to see Boards as one of the pages.

So, the navigation bar would look like this:
Home, People, Favorites, Boards, My Work

I want to make Delve my O365 dashboard on mobile. OneDrive is great except it doesn't show SharePoint locations, but Delve really shines for a mobile home page for my O365 work. Delve serves up the documents that are important to me and with navigation on mobile devices being somewhat limited this intelligence is even more useful.

Buuut I need to have access to my Boards for this to really work.

Thanks for your feedback! Just a note to let you know that we’re working on improving the edit picture feature.

  12. Make files from Office 365 Groups visible into Delve

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as of now, the files that are stored into Office 365 Groups are not accessible from Delve. It seems like the obvious thing that is not implemented.
