View documents that have been shared with us from a OneDrive account in Delve
Often you can go searching for a document in SharePoint and then realise it isn't there because it is stored on someone else's OneDrive. It would be useful to be able to view from Delve those documents then bookmark them.

Have the ability to add photos of your projects, perhaps not writing to much, create abstract art
Why not have the ability to load photos of your current projects, this could be non- descriptive, abstract or serious detail!

Bring back favorites for keyword searches in Delve
Delve used to have a favorites option when search was done by keyword, as well as by user. My organization got used to that feature and would like it back.

Calculate weekly worked hours
It would be great if there was a way for users to see how many hours they worked weekly. I understand this could be a complex suggestion but maybe users could select which way they wanted their hours calculated; either by determining work day hrs by utilizing beginning and ending computer activity to calculate each day or by using login/computer sleep/hibernation times to calculate daily work hours.

Automatic Suppression of Publication for Employees in a Pre-hired status
We prehire employees so that technology and other enterprise assets can be requested for them. This allows them to have a superior day 1 experience as they are more productive right away. Part of this birthright provisioning is Active Directory. They are then immediately picked up by Delve and published. We would like to systematically suppress this until their start date for a variety of reasons. 1 possible solution would be to have Delve key off a specific attribute in AD. Until that attribute is populated Delve does not publish the employee data.

Change Police size, it is so large... can't see all interesting information on the same screen
The police is very large on large screen... thus we lack the benefit of large screens.
Having the same visible information on a laptop and on a multi large screens configuration is a pity.1 vote -
Well, you can allow the Admin to remove users; especially when that user has hacked into my Admin Portal numerous times before.

Customize views when certain features are disabled...
...if a user disables the 'show documents' setting the message "Can't show documents"... appears on all future people searches and uses half of the active workspace...thus much of the display window is rendered useless .... a waste of space -- can you add some display options ? ( in lieu of )

Profile -- Projects field should sort the latest addition on top, to allow adding new items easily.
The common way is listing the latest achievement on top.
The DELVE always adds new items to the bottom on all categories.1 vote -

Able to clear Delve's recent list (eg. Popular List)
It will be good if there is a function where we can clear recent list for all or partially.

People Area Favorites
By default the images/names of the most recent 5 people are displayed. Is there a way to mark individuals as people favorites, so they always appear on the list? Any of the most recent 5 people not already on the favorites list could be added to the bottom perhaps. This would prevent a need to re-search for people we work with regularly.

Please allow us to find the admin for people over the B3 level
Allow people to determine the Admins when you look up personnel information.
