Hide specific users from Delve
I would like to exclude specific users from showing up in Delve searches. I can add a search query rule to exclude these users from a SharePoint Online search but this doesn't work in Delve and the users still show.
Can we please have a method to exclude users from showing in Delve?

Delve profile - better support for custom profile properties/settings
I bumped into the new "profile experience" in Delve this week and am not loving the lack of ability to customize. Before the new experience, we added several of our own profile fields such as Certifications, Educational Background, etc, and removed some of the out-of-box properties.
This worked fine in the "old" profile, but in the "new" profile, the headers for the OOB properties stay in place when those properties are hidden, creating an empty section. They also relegate the custom properties to an area below the fold of the page.
It would be great if we had more administrative…

Turn Off Delve Separately From Office Graph
Currently it is only possible to turn off Delve by turning off Office Graph. Please decouple Delve dependency from Office Graph so that Delve can be turned off independently of Office Graph.

Should be able to add a preferred name and pronouns.
Pretty self explanatory; make it more accessible for trans people. Since contact name cannot be modified, add another field for people's chosen names, and a field to display their pronouns.

The cover photo on Delve pages should be able to be changed to something company relevant and branded.
The Delve cover page on a user profile page should be more in line with a company's brand. As it stands right now; the cover page for Delve is a mountain range; which is not indicative of the company brand at all and is hard-coded into the styling.

Faster Updating in Delve
Update the document cards and boards more frequently. Lots of our users complain about this and it is hurting adoption.

Add publishing pages as a content source in Office Graph
Lots of organizations use articles to communicate to end users. It would be great if those could be surfaced in Delve.

Ability to remove some documents from Delve
Hi,
Sometimes, some document do not need to be on delve (archive, old versions ...) it would be good to be able to remove them when we are the author of the document.114 votes -
Please allow to customize Delve edit profile page or to add custom action to it to support updating custom properties to SP and external DB
Please allow to customize Delve edit profile page or to add custom action to it to support updating custom properties to SharePoint and external DB systems. Because many organizations have their own external system to manage their users profile data. They want Delve to update the data to their external system as well as to the SharePoint. So if we can add any Custom action to Delve profile page where we can show custom user profile properties which will sync back and forth in SharePoint and External system.

Ability to Add Link Back to SharePoint Site in Delve Page
When users come to the Delve site from our SP site, it is cumbersome for them to get back to the SP site. This is a deterrent to users adopting Delve. Can we add a way to add a link back to the site -- either in the left nav or in the profile banner?
95 votesCan you elaborate more about the concrete problem to navigate back to the SP Site? The browser’s back button should work (except for the case when a redirect flow is being triggered). Thanks for the feedback.

Show Skype for Business presence status in Delve profile
It should be possible to see the skype presence status on the Delve profile of every user. So when I search for a user or visit a user profile, I can directly see if the user is online and I don't have to open skype for this before. It would be great to see this on profile cards as well. It is like the classic experience where I can see this information in the classic SharePoint people search.

filtering or refining options
Offer an ability to filter or refine by a given type of content...for example, I am only interested in seeing Excel documents
Or even better yet, refine by Content Type. For example, I am looking for Project Expense Reports

Delve replicate to AD or provide extra PowerShell user attributes
Any changes made by an user in Delve is not replicated back to AD. However we would like to get the updated attributes of the user profile (Mobile, assistant etc.) back in AD. The best solution would be that Delve replicates this back to AD...
But a secondary possibility is to make the attributes accesavle via the PowerShell. Via the O365 SharePoint you're able to get some basic columns (displayname), but it would be great if we could also be able to get mobile, assistant etc.
The Delve page is a very nice page for users to update their profile…

Ability to view all the Tasks assigned to that user across all site collection
Would like to see All the tasks assigned to user across all the site collection, so user can take an action directly from their Delve. instead of going to individual site collection seperately.
