  1. In smart lookup under define add gender for french words

    When you search for the definition of a French word using smart lookup. The definition is given but the gender of the word is not. In French grammar, Gender is a common challenge for people who's second language is French.

  3. When creating a calendar event that you can see if people youre inviting are already busy without having to share their calendars out.

    In an organization with no admin staff that one user could book an appointment in a public folder calendar and know whether the person that will be attending the event is busy at that time, like when you try to email someone in your organization that has out of office set it prompts before you send the email.

  4. Call your customers back and actually fix their problems... I am now with GOOGLE

    My business email was off line for two weeks because MS Office 365 tech team could not set us up... the set up was not done in the first two days. It was not complete in the first two weeks. In fact my husband and I spent two weeks everyday on the phone, both morning and evening hours, to get Office 365 set up for Home and one business email. In fact each days was multiple hours on the phone, often getting to a point a tech would find “the problem” and insist what the problem was when in fact…

  5. Gmail shows xxxx.onmicrofost.com signatures when email is sent from OWA to gmail users.

    Please talk with Gmail or fix that issue. Gmail sometimes even drops those emails into spam or junk folder.
    for example no such issue when you use gmail for business and send emails to OWA.

  6. Allow styles to be copied across from one Word Online document to another

    If I paste content from one document (in Word Online) to another, I expect the styles to be retained (eg. heading 1, heading 2 etc).

    Currently I have to go through the document and reassign all the styles.

    Teams must be able to open/modify/share files directly from onedrive. Currently is not possibble.

  9. allow users to run rules manually in Outlook

    I love rules. It helps me organize my emails easily. What I'd like to see is that I have the ability to run these emails manually. I'd like for my emails accumulate in my inbox, allow me to process these "new" emails and once I am done with them click on run rules button to clean them up and store in folders according to the rules I set.   11. Graph API Delta Query for User's Photo

    Delta Query not present in Graph API if a User's Photo is updated from Exchange Online. This particular option should also be added to existing delta queries related to users.

  13. Allow people to be added in as CC or BCC only to a calendar event

    At the moment it is only possible to add people as either a required or an optional attendee to an event in the calendar. But inviting somebody as optional is not the same as CC-ing somebody. I would like to be able to invite John and Jane for an event and then at same time let their boss know that I have done that. But I don't want the boss to attend, not even as optional.
    Inviting somebody as optional attendee is quite different from cc-ing or bcc-ing them, for their info only.

  15. Morocco DST

    we have many issues due to the DST (clients-servers-cloud synchronisation, Skype connexion, Outlook calender, AD and Azure synchronisation…)
    Morocco Time Zone is UTC+1 and not UTC.

  16. Add keyboard input on Word 2016 mail merge table selection

    When using an Excel file with multiple tables and selecting datasheet to export a merge, the dialog window for table selection should urgently bring back keyboard input:

    Word 2016:
    > Mailmerge
    > Select recipients
    > Excel File with multiple tables

     > Select table
    

    used to react to keyboard input.

    Background: When having a datafile with many tables, finding the table in the list by scrolling to make the selection is super-annoying! You should be able to type in the first letters. Used to be like that in previous versions of Word.

  18. Give OWA the Option to Not Group by Date

    Please give users the option to turn off the OWA e-mail list where it shows Today, Yesterday, Monday, etc. Last Week, Two Weeks Ago. It takes up too much screen real estate. I would rather see more e-mails on one screen. It is already sorted by date which is all I need,

    It's just amazing to me that you force all of your users to do things one way only. Give users the choice to customize their display as they like it.

  19. Team Japanese Name

    In Japan, Many user uses family name, but Teams displays first name.
    Therefore, Japanese customer hope function to choose using family name or first name. Please add the function in Teams.
