  1. enable outlook 2016 to look like outlook 2010

    Loads of us love the look and feel of Outlook 2007/2010.. Make a theme for outlook 2016 that looks the same! We want a desktop application look not a look that makes us think we are on a phone/tablet.

  2. Office365 group calendar - turn off edit notification

    Hi,

    When I add new event to group calendar I can turn off option: "Send an invitation to the group". But I can't turn it off, when I'm editing my event.

    I would like to set default group setting to not posting notifications about group calendar events.
    It also would be nice, if I could just unmark this option while editing.

  3. Co-Authoring in Office Desktop w/ 3rd Party Storage (Egnyte/Box/Dropbox/etc)

    Currently, to co-author a document via the desktop version of office the files must be stored in OneDrive/Sharepoint. Please enable the desktop version of office to support co-authoring when their document is stored and opened on third party storage providers (such as Egnyte/Box/Dropbox/etc).

  4. Allow custom filters in Excel (online and desktop) when co-authoring

    When two or more users are co-authoring an Excel spreadsheet and one of the users applies a filter or edits the selections in a filter, every users view updates to display the filter settings. It would be better if each user could apply their own personal filter settings.

  5. Add the ability to disable "Request to reset user's password" email notifications.

    Please allow companies to disable the "Request to reset user's password" notification's if password resets are disabled in Office 365. We have internal processes in place for employee password resets and our Office 365 administrators are not typically involved.

    The best solution would be a custom message that companies could display to employees who attempt to reset their passwords in O365 - this way the employee would be notified about the correct reset process.

  6. Add calendar/timeline view of tasks to Planner product

    We need a calendared or timeline based view of assigned tasks to support our use of the planner product as a publication planning tool.

  7. Office 365 Business Group Policy

    Disabling Group Policy from Office 365 Business users doesn't make a lot of sense to me. A lot of smaller- to medium-sized businesses which have an IT point person who does more than just IT, rely on tools like Group Policy to keep their users running cleanly and uniformly. While larger enterprises use Group Policy to eliminate having to perform the same customization on thousands of devices, small business use the same thing, not to save time managing thousands of devices, but to centralize efforts and increase efficiency when resources are scarce.   10. Add an option for MS Stream to export the transcript to Word/Excel

    I would like to have the option to export the Microsoft Stream video transcript to other filetypes (with appropriate formatting), such as Word or Excel. Perhaps the Word export would be a running paragraph of text with no timestamps, whereas the Excel export could be two columns. In column A, we could have the timestamp; in column B, we would have the text of that phrase.

    This, and any other exports, would be greatly helpful!

  11. Teams Secondary Ringer

    As Teams replaces Skype for Business it is critical that we have the secondary ringer functionality added to the Teams desktop app. Most of our users are using a head set for communication and can't hear the phone ring. Setting PC speaker as default isn't an option as there are numerous websites these days with auto play videos and we don't want other PC sounds constantly playing in the office.

  12. 'Shared With’ column does not reflect current state of sharing status

    Within an Office 365 Group document library (SPO site), the ‘Shared With’ column does not reflect current state of sharing status.

    Here are some examples:
    1. When you remove a user’s permission from an item in a Group the ‘Shared With’ column still shows that it is shared with that user.
    2. When you copy a file in a Group the ‘Shared With’ column retains the original users listed even though it is no longer shared with them.

  13. Make change of country in the organisation possible

    We have great trouble as we have "Poland" as our country in our organisation-profile and the VAT of our partner-companya in poland, and we can´t change that to "Germany" and to our VAT-No.
    This should be possible what we see. A company could move to another country and so it should be possible to change a country and VAT for future (!) invoices.

  15. Outlook for Mac Categories missing

    Dear Backend Team,

    Our customer had a user who on a couple of occasions have had their majority of their calendar categories disappear.

    When checking in webmail, the categories show up OK.

    And researching online suggests this issue is happening for other Mac users also:

  16. Provide access to the online archive on mobile devices (i.e. iPhone, Android)

    The online archive doesn't show up on mobile phones at all regardless of the way you try to access it. Not displayed in the native email phone app, Outlook app, OWA for iPhone app, Safari browser, Chrome browser, etc.
    Please add this functionality to mobile devices.

  17. More ‘Smooth’ Effects

    Video creation using powerpoint is quite good, but still is not as good as after effect of other video editor. Very unfortunate because it’s only less than a fraction of a second. We’ll be very happy if the smooth timing can be improved so we can create HQ video just rely on powerpoint.

  18. Add an option to turn OFF keeping a copy of SMTP relayed messages in sent items.

    Recently the uservoice "SMTP Relay via Office 365 - Keep copy in Sent Items" was apparently implemented. As far as I can tell there is no way to turn this off. Please give those of us who don't want this an option to turn if off.

  20. Enable multi-geo support for smaller tenants

    We have a global company but only a small (around 350) licensed user base. We would dearly love to be able to leverage multi-geo functionality in order to be compliant with data sovereignty laws.
