  1. Allow forcing custom tile in the app launcher for each user

    Right now when an custom tile is created any user has to add it to his app launcher individually.

    In case of big companies it is not feasible to roll out new tiles apps that way. These new tiles should be deployed by the administrator to a specific population or all users.

  2. Add box/circle/oval drawing on Snip & Sketch

    After a screen capture, often I need to highlight a capture part.
    I'd like to draw a colored boxes/circles/ovals
    Now I have to use paint.

  3. Add the "Manage Rules" Function in Conditional Formatting for Excel Online.

    Now that conditional formatting is available in Excel Online, there is no way to view or edit the rules that are already in effect. Normally (offline) you can highlight a range of cells and then select "Manage Rules" from the Conditional Formatting drop down menu. As it is right now you can only clear all the rules or add new rules, but there is no way to modify existing rules or view the formulas for existing rules. This is very frustrating!

    I log in. I am asked for a mobile number so I can verify account changes and reset my password. I find my mobile number listed on my contact card. I remove my mobile number. I log in.   5. Enable the content enrichment web service callout

    Many customers add custom metadata to Office documents. The content enrichment web service was a perfect way to accomplish this. Please enable this functionality for cloud hybrid search.

  6. Share PowerApps with Office 365 Groups

    Office 365 Groups (aka: "unified-groups") are becoming the "standard" share target in Office 365. You can share SharePoint content (files, list items, etc.) with an O365 Group. You can share Microsoft Stream content with an O365 Group. You can share a Flow with an O365 Group. You CANNOT, however, share a PowerApp with an O365 Group. This is a huge issue and greatly complicates our job of "selling" PowerApps as a solution.

  7. Allow PowerBI.com to Connect Directly to Azure Data Lake Storage across Azure Directories

    Currently a Power BI desktop work can be created with a data source of Azure Data Lake store when provided with any URL and login details. This connector is still in preview, but works fine. If the workbook is then published to Power BI.com the data source credentials are lost and connectivity to ADL is only possible if the storage is part of the same Azure subscription as directory that Office 365/Power BI is connected to.

    In reality we need the data source to be generic and for PowerBi.com and be able to authenticate across Azure AD directories.

  9. Enable reports to view the usage of Visio Pro.

    I would like to see if users who have a visio Pro license are actually using this license. There is no option at the moment. This would be very welcome in the report area.

  10. Allow delegates the ability to access Exchange Online Archive without Full Access permissions

    When a user provides delegate access to calendar or folders, they should have the ability to apply the same permissions on their Exchange Online Archive without providing full access permissions for the delegate. When the permission is applied on the folder level of the Exchange Online Archive, it should be easy for the delegate to access the Exchange Online Archive in Outlook or Outlook Web App.

  11. rename One Drive and sharepoint URL

    Currently when we share files through One Drive and SharePoint, a file URL forms automatically, and we cannot rename the URL.

    I suggest that URL forms based on our custom domain instead initial domain, so it looks much more professional to those who we wish to share the files to.

  12. Restore removed functionality to print from Publisher to a PDF using CMYK settings

    In Publisher 2010, one had the option to print using a CMYK colour scheme, which is required by the commercial printer that does the printing of my newsletter. The functionality has worked well for many years. When I upgraded to Office 2013 (on an Office 365 subscription), I see that the feature was removed (i.e. one can only print in RGB format). Why was this feature removed, and can it be reinstated?

  13. Fix Excel Online Print Paper Selection Defaulting to A4

    When printing from Excel online (in either IE or Chrome) the paper type is defaulting to A4 instead of Letter.

  14. We need a "Is this feature deployed to my tenant yet?" tool

    People in the world, both admins and users, are constantly asking whether new features Microsoft has announced as on the way or rolling out are deployed to their tenant yet. This often results in a lot of confusion and probably support cases and questions into Microsoft asking these types of questions.

    We could solve this by building some sort of "Is this feature deployed to my tenant yet?" tool. This tool would very simply authenticate the person checking via Azure Active Directory, and then return a simple result for the feature you are checking on. Results could be:

  15. Reset or clear autocomplete cache globally for OWA

    In a larger organization 300+ users, we find that the autocomplete cache over time gets filled with contacts that are infrequently used yet sometimes staff end of sending internal emails to these contacts that should have been sent to an internal contact instead.

    Would like ability to reset/clear the autocomplete cache for OWA or to disable it for certain users or all users.

  16. Powershell Command to purge specific mailbox folders

    Currently you can purge all contents of a user mailbox by using the following commands:

    Search-Mailbox -Identity "identity" -DeleteContent -force
    Search-mailbox -identity "identity" -SearchDumpsterOnly -DeleteContent

    This wipes the user mailbox completely without removing the mailbox itself. There currently is not a way to refine and delete content for specific mailbox or custom folder names while leaving content from other folders in the mailbox alone. Example: Purge only: Junk Email, Deleted Items, Clutter, Custom Folder 1, Custom Folder 2, etc.

  17. Preference to turn off notifications to alternate email address

    We need a feature to be able to turn off certain notifications to our alternate email address in Office 365.

    As Office 365 administrators, we are require an alternate email address that is not part of your Office 365 tenant. In most cases that would be your personal email address that is not provided by your work. This makes sense for password resets if administrators forget their password to log into the tenant.

    Along with password resets, we also receive Office 365 statements, changes to tenant subscriptions and other notifications. These should have an option to turn off since all…

  20. add @mention function in comments in all online office documents

    In Google docs etc, you can add a comment (just like office 365) but you can @mention. We use it a lot for collaboration and we are trying to migrate to Office 365. This missing feature, while not a show stopper, is causing some groups real pain.
