Allow invitation from teams meeting to organization users that are not in Microsot 365
Today it is not possible to invite from a teams meeting to anyone with an email address belonging to the organization if the user is not exists in the organization tenant.
This happens in a hybrid situation when the organization has some users in the tenant but others are not in it.
it would have to allow these organization users to be invited
