Office 365 new features arrival in your tenant notification service for tenant admins.
Today Office 365 tenants admins are often struggling with the rapid pace that new Office 365 workload related features are deployed /rolled out and the fact that tenants admins at best are informed of an indicate time span for the global roll-outs of new features. To be able to notify tenant admins of new features, for the tenants they administer, I propose development & implementation of an Office 365 new features arrival notification service for tenant admins. The notification service could be a subscription based service which offer notifications over email, Teams and SMS ( according to the preference of the tenant admins who choose to subscribe to the new notification service).

When something is being rolled out is the last chance for the tenant admins to get notification.
But its a good start and would be easiest for Microsoft to deliver upon. Next step would be proactive notification that will be notified before the feature are being rolled out for our tenant. -

Second this. Having features pop-up and be available for a day before they are disabled due to some restrictions are causing lots of frustration from users and make it look like the IT department was caught sleeping.
