Outlook email composer Attachments list scrolls inappropriately
In the Outlook (Office 365 Pro Plus) Email composer window, attach more files than can appear in the "Attached" section in the composer window underneath the To/Cc/Bcc fields, above the Body part of the email compose window, such that the attached files list now has a vertical scrollbar.
Use the mouse wheel to scoll the Attached section to the bottom. Click on the bottom-most attachment to select it. THE LIST OF ATTACHMENTS INSTANTLY RE-SCROLLS ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP. (This also works in reverse - the point is that the Attachment list window tends to re-scroll to the viewpoint it had had before, instead of staying scrolled to the point in the list where you've just clicked on an attachment). This is wrong. The list should stay at a viewpoint chosen by where in the list is located the attachment on which the user just clicked.
