We found a bug when using the New Look Outlook. Could not attach file we couldn't retrieve the items you requested. please try again later
Once we had selected the new Outlook View we found a problem attaching files to emails from onedrive shared files. The error message was - "we couldn't retrieve the items you requested. please try again later"
We tried on verson of Chrome, Internet explorer on WIndow 10, 7 and Apple computers using Chrome and Safari , still could not access onefile files.
We had fantastic support from Jay in the Philappines, where he followed up with us 4 or 5 times.
The resolution was to revert back to the OLD online version of OUTLOOk , and all operated as it should . Onedrive access as normal.
We're also having this problem with 2 out of our 12 Sharepoint team sites. We can navigate to the file through the Sharepoint app, but can't see any of its files when browsing the attachment menu through Outlook. We can see the contents of all the other sites. Help!
We're also having the same issue. Users getting very frustrated. What can I do to help them?

This was working ok and as of yesterday we have the same issue.
Did Microsoft do an update and stuff it up again.
With us the OneDrive thing worked, but some Groups gave this error (but not all groups, btw)
