Users can sign-in to Bookings in mobile app even they are licensed E3
I assume that users in E3 license can’t use Microsoft Bookings; however, some users in my organization can sign-in to Bookings mobile app and even create a new calendar. Although the access-limited message will be shown to those users for multiple attempts to sign-in/out, calendar users will be created in the tenant when those users can successfully use Bookings and create a calendar from there. It is confusing for admins when they notice new users have been created unintentionally in terms of admin point of view. I would like you to restrict usage of Bookings on mobile apps for users who unlicensed for management perspective while it’s restricted properly via desktop clients.
