Learning from my mails forever
This idea comes from my personal experience which I think would be very good
In our professional career from our first job to last job after college we change many companies due to many reason ,some change for promotion some change for job satisfaction many more but when we change our company and go to another we take all our belongings and experience with us except our mails which we secure during our job which really need for in future for learning because of our domain change which we can't recall
So I would like to suggest to make some permanent box with Some unique ID so that all our mail should store in that box if we change my company still we should have these mail for our learning.
Because I had been working in L&T construction for five year and now working in Mahindra susten but I can not get my important mail which cantain so many report and correction for any topic from my seniors.
There are drop boxes still some of mail get slip from mind to save in drop box or may be it is not needed at that time but after long term we need that.so please
As far as I know most of big companies use Microsoft outlook and if not people will start to use because of this features.
On one point which may be the cancern that our previous employer will permit or not to get this because it is thier property so some approval from employer will be required after thier approval that mail or item can be excessed for thier future use
